Excellent service from Greg when I bought a turntable and cartridge. Listened carefully to my requirements. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - set it all up and shipped it to Canberra. Followed up with a call to make sure it was working well. Great stuff.

Unbelievable service. Purchased my amp through Audio Solutions and it was slightly complicated for me to install the app. They had one of the boys come out and install it for me at no charge. Then I bought a TV and the AMP would not connect to the TV spoke to Joseph and he talk me through the whole process.
Could not recommend the more highly. They are absolutely amazing.

Visited the team with intentions of buying a new turntable and was met with a wealth of experience which helped me build an all-inclusive system based on my needs and budget. Very easy to deal with and spent the time to explain how the different components worked and integrated with each other. I was initially interested with a different set of speakers which turned out to be not suited with my requirements. David, with his good product knowledge and expertise, looked into what I need and came up with suggestions and alternate products. I ended up getting the Sonus Faber Grand Piano Speakers, which is perfect to what I’m looking for. I found their service to be excellent, giving me a clear understanding of products available, ending with a great customer experience. David returned my calls as promised and followed-up through to make sure I was happy with the purchased product and service.
