My first visit to this place and I was pleased with the service. I only intended to get a wash and style cut but ended up getting a blow dry as well.

My hairdresser was Charlotte and she was good, Friendly, and listened to my requirements. I liked the products she used on my hair so I ended up buying them as well.

I will continue to go to this place and hopefully they will continue to look after my hair.

I went in for a consultation for Keratin with Kate with the intention of getting it done. After speaking about my hair needs we decided I may be better trying some deep conditioning treatments first. My hair has never looked and felt so healthy, Kate was honest about the best time to get Keratin done and I appreciated her dedication to customer service. She was professional and lovely to speak with during my appointment , I will continue to book anything hair related for myself now with Kate !

Jessica was amazing did exactly what I wanted and made my whole visit an experience, very gentle and friendly gives the best scalp massages I have ever had ! My colour turned out better than expected I finally found a salon I can stick to :)

Got my Tragus piercing done,,,girl who did was she was the best as I had one done elsewhere months ago and I’m still having issues with.
Rest of the girls were really friendly too.
Highly recommend lidcombe shop.

Only ever got my hair STYLED and CURLED (No colour or cut, etc) and each time was happy with the results with Rosemarie.
Cost: A little expensive and had price changes slightly by approx $10.
All appointments ran on time - no waiting time.
Salon is usually quiet and has a nice environment that isn't crowded.

Extremely happy with the warm service. Very reasonable pricing to get my long hair washed and trimmed. My stylist was very knowledgeable and helpful, she understood exactly what I wanted and was very efficient. So glad I stumbled upon this place, will definitely be back!

I have been going to the same hairdresser for years and reluctantly had to go here cause she was away. I was so glad i did!! Rosemaree did my hair and she was fantastic. Did an awesome job and was friendly and professional and offered advice. I will continue going back there and thoroughly recommend

Had a great hair cut and color today! Danielle was very proficient and listened to my needs. Walked out with a great look! Very happy! Prices were not cheap but what one would expect!

I had the best hair makeover ever!!! at first i went to a different hairdresser and had my hair ruined, it looked horrible. the next day i left hairhouse warehouse a new women! The friendly staff made the whole experience soooo much better and Kate who had fixed my hair has the hands of a goddess. THEY SAVED MY LIFEEEEEE!!!!

Didn’t grab the lovely assistants name... but super helpful and clear about what products I should be using with my tape in extensions. Her product knowledge was amazing and she recommended some great products 👍🏼 so quick and efficient as well! Thanks heaps!! xx
