I was very happy with the service I received from Alex when purchasing my new MG3 hatch. After driving an old Camry for 26 years, the new car with all it's 'bells and whistles' was a bit daunting, but Alex went over everything for me very clearly. Recently bought an MG through Tynan MG Sutherland. Louis was the Salesperson and was extremely helpful throughout the process from start to finish. I have only compliments about the car I bought and the service I received and have nothing to fault.

I picked up my new MG4 last week. The car was immaculately presented, I could not fault it in any way. The silver looks amazing and I have since had a ceramic coating applied which I hope will last a long time. The salesman, Louis took a long time to explain all the workings of the car particularly the infotainment system which was very helpful. I'm still getting used to all the functions that are available in this fantastic car. Electric cars are great and this MG4 is a cracker. Do yourself a favor and get down and see Louis, you wont be disappointed.

I just brought a MG3 Excite from Tynan Sutherland and the customer experience was exceptional.

Louis was amazing and was so helpful from the moment we test drove the car, through to when we picked up the car.

We got it for a great price and Louis threw in a few extras, which was greatly appreciated.

Finally want to mention Danny who helped with the finance and was great with explaining the costs, through to signing off on the paperwork.

First time we came in close to finishing time. Louis took his time with us and answered our questions. After wanting another look, we attended the MG dealership in Bankstown. Don’t bother going to the MG in Bankstown. They clearly have no interest in selling cars. When we back to Sutherland, Louis remembered us and took his time with us again as we made our purchase. Louis helped us to sort out issues with car shipment wait times and when we picked the car up, he again helped run us through the car and answered any questions. We have been researching for a new car since returning to Sydney from overseas. MG are rapidly growing in the market both locally and internationally. For value for money for the level of equipment in an MG, you really have to consider the brand. The quality of service by Louis at Tynan Motors MG at Sutherland was great.
