This is by far the best dealer I've ever met. A small family-owned and truly people-oriented business. Natalia is not just an exceptional dealer, she is a wonderful person. She didn't just sell to me like dealers typically do. She listened, understood my situation and got me the car which I needed.

The whole process was stress and hassle-free. Natalia showed me various cars, explained the differences between them and shared what is generally important to know about cars imported from Japan. I was worried about being without a car. So when I chose the one I wanted, Natalia held it for me till I sold my old car. And when the time came to buy, all paperwork was in order and ready. Our family loves the Estima and when it came time to replace our 2006 model, we decidedly to have Natalia import one for us. We had very specific requirements so it wasn’t an easy job. She found a beautiful 2016 Hybrid for us that is in excellent condition and we couldn’t be happier.

My wife uses this car mainly for suburbia driving that involves a lot of start stops at lights and roundabouts. The hybrid reduced our fuel consumption by about 30%. The engine shuts off automatically when we come to a low speed so it’s super quiet when we are in the car park. Yes, it’s less spritely compared to the 3.5L V6, so that’s an expected trade-off.

What a fantastic experience dealing with Best People Movers! I’m from WA and was keen to buy an imported Estima, but didn’t know where to start. A couple of emails and calls with Natalia and we secured a white 2012 V6 Aeras with black leather - exactly what I was looking for. Now, given lockdowns (and the distance to travel) it wasn’t feasible to travel from Perth to Sydney to see the car - so I made the purchase sight unseen. Actually, that’s not strictly correct as Natalia sent many photos and videos showing the condition of the vehicle. After purchase she arranged to have it transported to Perth, and two weeks later it arrived. Exactly, and I mean exactly as she had described. So do I recommend Natalia? Absolutely!!

Natalia helped me with a nice trade and the Elgrand i purchased was all i hoped it would be, their cars show millage proof which you need anytime, especially imported cars, you’ll struggle to get that from other importers, look outside the box and check out imports, better, more features, and cheaper than Australian delivered cars (which is why those dealers are forever whining to the government to stop them 🙄, pick on the little guy as usual), do yourself a favour, just check them out before you buy.

This is how the process looked like in my case.

Each car which we tried to look at before auctioning in Japan was physically inspected and Natalia was sending me pictures straight away. Also for each car she was checking original Japanese rego paperwork to make sure that car's mileage grows continuously and hence is genuine. That allowed to filter out all the bad or suspicious variants. Ultimately the way she was doing all pre-auction checks made me to feel very safe and confident when finally auctioning the car.

The entire process took 6 weeks. First two or three weeks we spent just checking different variants that come up on Japanese auctions. Where I was pretty much just watching pictures that Natalia was sending me from time to time and reading her comments about the cars condition. And she was doing all the work for finding variants on the Japanese auctions and sending people to inspect the cars. After the car was finally chosen and purchased on the auction it took the rest two or three weeks to get it into Australia, make all the compliance and present it to me in a final shiny outlook.

Definitely recommend Best People Movers for anyone who wants to import a Japanese car and to feel safe and confident about their choice and auctioning process.
