Storage King Mitcham

My mother initially used SK/Mitcham in between moving houses. While helping her, I found Kev and Alex to be understanding and very helpful. This led me to also use their site to store my goods. Great work gents!

I’m new to Storage King, very impressed so far, Kev and Anthony have been very helpful.

We had a very good experience with our visits to our storage units yesterday and today at Mitcham. We needed to access our units but had lost our keys, and Damian managed to get the locks cut with bolt cutters, although it took immense effort as the locks were very big and thick. Thank you very much Jason for your help yesterday, and a very big thank you to Damian today for the strong effort with getting the locks cut. It would be great if there were an angle grinder available - it would have made their lives so much easier, as it took about 1/2 hour of considerable effort to get them cut. Great service, and we are very happy with the support from both Jason and Damian. Thank you very much!

I researched and rang over 20 different storage options and finally selected SK in Mitcham. Their rates were highly competitive and their customer service was excellent. A HUGE thank you to Sam for his advice (and support) during my moving process, it was invaluable and nothing seemed too much trouble. I panicked and over estimated how much space I would need whereas Sam was pretty spot on and his reassurance definitely helped. Highly recommend

I have just arranged a car storage unit at Storage King Mitcham with Damian and Jason. The guys made it so easy for me and answered all my questions. They are very helpful and patient. I’m glad I went there first and got the kind of service I needed.

Services I received from Storage King Mitcham has been excellent. The two storage rooms I rented are clean and the venue is well lighted. The Store Manager Ash was my first contact. When I was unsure what storage capacity I required, Ash offered and visited my house to estimate my storage requirement. His recommendation has been proven to be very accurate. I get to know another staff Bryon at the Mitcham office through subsequent visits. Byron has been great to deal with, always very helpful and courteous.
My use of Storage King Mitcham facility is coming to an end. I like to acknowledge with thanks, specifically to Ash and Byron, for the excellent services they have extended to me past one year. Well done both !!

I was so impressed with the consistent service that was provided by Kevin and his Team. It was a great experience and having a short term storage solution available so quickly when downsized into a smaller house was a massive weight lifted off my shoulders. Thank you again!

I had an amazing experience at Storage King in Mitcham. Maria is one of the loveliest people you could meet. She was so accommodating and helpful and made a stressful moving day a little more bearable! She even stayed back late after closing time so we could finish loading everything in the storage rooms. While the access hours are a bit restrictive, honestly who needs to get access to their stuff at 3am? And who wants to store their stuff in a place that lets people in at that time?
We were customers for almost 6 years and would recommend the team at Mitcham to anyone.

I searched well at many other storage facilities both in Melbourne and Ballarat for storage of goods sent periodically from London by my daughter. These goods included many valuable antiques that required not just safe storage from theft but safety from heat damage. This facility is unrivaled in this regard. As for service from staff I could not have been served better. All have been willing to help me as to parking and placement of my goods. when vacating I was told how to proceed correctly. We stored goods for 6 years, The goods where never damaged and everything was safe.

I heartily recommend to anyone wishing a good experience when moving house or for long term storage that this facility be considered. John Webb
