Absolutely terrible, I just watched a sales assistant by the name of Leonie absolutely tear shreds off a customer that came in to return an item, the nature in which this woman spoke to the customers was disgusting, and to see the other sales assistant just walk off and let this happen was amazing. sorry but you lost more then one customer today. never to return to that store while those ladies work there.

Felt rushed to purchase items. It was annoying! My wife would have bought more if we weren't so rushed. We were still looking at bed sheets when we were asked "do you need any help?" x10 and "would that be all? Would you like me to wrap that up?" x3.... little did they know that the longer my wife was there, the more she bought.

Dolores actually saved the day and doubled the sale. Great interaction and naturally a people person.
