Gong Cha Ramsgate Beach

I love the service at Ramsgate Beach Gong Cha, staff are efficient and they do their best when it’s extremely hot and busy especially on the long weekend. The drinks were perfect with decent amount of toppings and orders are confirmed before being made. These negative reviews seem extreme and perhaps speak to store manager to resolve any issues before posting such negative reviews.

My children love pearl milk tea and maccha latte.
We used to get from Townhall so it is happy to have Gong Cha here.

The staff are very friendly, great customer service. Absolutely love the location & the atmosphere. My son loves the waffles

It's great that a Gongcha has finally opened up at Ramsgate! Drinks tasted good and took a while to make. However topping levels were inconsistent and sometimes very low compared to other Gongcha stores. I brought my Large Lychee Oolong & Aloe back to Gongcha Ramsgate to ask for a topping top-up due to the scarce amount, yet service was appalling and the close-up image shows the level of topping after top-up. Atmosphere was great - good music, and outside tables to sit and relax at.

First time here (as we usually get our bubble tea from a different brand shop) and sadly we were a bit disappointed 😞 the service was super super slow even if there was only one customer waiting to be served before us, and the tea wasn’t tasting like much (kind of a lightly flavoured water) which was pretty bad considering the price. The seating area was pretty dirty and no rubbish bin available at all. I’m only giving two stars cos at least the mango popping pearls were nice. Sorry 😣

Service was slow and my order was forgotten. Ordered a royal milk tea with pearls - The tea was bland and had no taste. What’s the point of having a lid if the opening is too small for the straw to fit through?

The taste is awful. This is the first time I ordered here via uber as its the cheapest out of all the branches nearby. I ordered mango green milk tea which is my always go to in gongcha. So far their branch taste the most disgusting out of all. First time I have tasted a mango green milk tea that is bland, i felt i was drinking water. Other branches were great. Never going to order on this branch again!
