Greencross Vets Mortdale

The absolute best vets! We had puppy school with Greencross Vets Mortdale and we are Healthy Pets Plus members which is the most incredible service and cost saver for our little Buster boy. I cannot rate it highly enough. All of the staff are incredible and go above and beyond for us and our pup! Couldn’t be happier!

Our local vet that is filled with incredibly smart, personable and fantastic animal lovers. I honestly can't fault the team here and am so grateful for the support they give us as fur parents and the care they provide for our fur children.

Clinic is accessible, staff are wonderful and welcoming. Vets advise is easy to understand, my fur baby always feel at home and happy. Highly recommended 😊

Grateful for the care the vets and staff took with our family and our beloved cat, Poppins, who passed away recently. We had to make the awful decision none of us want to make and the vet took the time to explain the options and did not pressure me to make a decision one way or the other.
Then when I returned to pick up Poppins' ashes I felt such compassion from Laura at the front desk, thank you.
Only suggestion - a box of tissues in each room for those tough moments ;(

Thank you to Julie and Dr Angeli Drury for taking in my dog Lucky last minute to get urgent teeth extractions. He was in a lot of pain with a wobbly tooth and now his happier than he has been in years.

All the staff are friendly, caring and reassuring. We have received extremely good care for Miso and I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough.

Greencross Veterinary at Mortdale are the best. I was having trouble getting my very anxious cat to go in her cat carrier for an appointment so instead the vets came to my home. They were so kind and caring and very reassuring. From now on home visits is a better option for me and my cat. I am also with Healthy Pets Plus which Green Cross offers to help with the overall cost . It pays to belong..

Our puppy underwent spaying here last week. They were great communicators about the procedure and the aftercare needed. The staff rang the following morning to check on her and encouraged us to call or come in if there were any concerns. Friendly staff who know their stuff.

Lovely receptionist and doctor. My cat felt comfortable there for the first time visiting there. Will come back again

My dog Jack was attacked by a cat last Tue on the 9th of March i rang the vet the next day and told me to bring him in they were very helpful they looked after him pretty well i couldn't be any happier and the the staff were friendly and helpful

Lots of availability with good vets, on time with not too much waiting. Proactive in following up from blood work, and good suggestions.

I found a doggy wandering on the road without a collar. I took him to Greencross Vets and they scanned him and immediately contacted the owner. Fortunately the owner was local and the vet held onto him until the owner came to collect him. Exceptional service.
I was very impressed with their help and obvious care for this escapee.

Early Sunday morning concern for my dog. Receptionist, Vet and nurse all lovely. Prices affordable. Treated myself (and more importantly my pup) with kindness and respect. Will return👍🏻. Recommend.

I have a 4 month old German shepherd puppy who has had a bad cough with vomiting. I called every vet in my area and all of them told me they are fully booked and I need to wait a few days to get my puppy checked out. I found that ridiculous

A very polite lady answered the phone at Greencross Mortdale, I explained my issue and she told me they are fully booked but she can send me to the hospital section in their clinic to get my puppy checked out as she was not well at all. I arrived shortly after the phone call and the staff where so helpful and polite and happy to help.

I received updates about my pup every hour with how she is progressing as she stayed the whole day being monitored , and taking blood tests and making sure she is back to normal. I was told later on that my puppy has kennel cough and was treated immediately

Because of your excellent service I have my puppy back feeling much better then when she arrived. I will be leaving my current VET to join the Greencross family

I’m so happy I have finally found a vet I trust. My cat Marzie has been to several vets and I haven’t been happy with any of them until now. They always make your pets feel special when they come in and I know she is in good hands when I need to leave her for the day.
Pricing is reasonable and I don’t feel unnecessary treatment is advised for money as it has been in the past at other clinics.
