This shop is really great, the staff is very friendly, the shop owner rarely smiles but is also very friendly, the staff is enthusiastic, I love this shop

I have always found the staff to be friendly & polite. Sometimes you have to wait but not for long.

Have been loyal customer and visited many times over the years but recently the customer service and quality has been lacking. Very disappointing as i used to look forward to going here, however will not return.

I don't know what has happened to this place. I used to come here a lot. However yesterday I had the worst experience.

I had a pedicure. Shellac needed to be removed to do this do they charged me extra (normally not charged)! Then the employee yelled the whole way through. She was really rude smacking my legs instead of speaking to me etc.

The end result is appauling. Nails cut all different lengths and some on angles!polish on my skin of large toe. Cuticles not even attended to. WORST 45$ EVER SPENT. NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN.

I got SNS done on my nails a week ago and, since then, the SNS has fallen off five of my nails. I have never had this experience at any other salon - when I get it done at my usual salon (I am staying with relations at the moment, so tried one near their home) it usually lasts a month. SNS is an expensive treatment, and I got it done because I was starting a new job and wanted my nails to look well-groomed, so I’m very disappointed with the standard of the SNS service at this salon.

Horrible experience. Was told the wait would be 15 minutes even though I had an appointment and returned when they told me to, but ended up waiting an hour before anyone even started. I got my nails done three days ago. The shape and French design was uneven and when I requested it be fixed before I put it in to cure the lady became rude. I returned yesterday because one nail broke as they were very thin. Today I returned for the same reason only two days since getting them done. They tried to charge me and I stated that the lack of care and craftsmanship were the reason for my weak, flimsy and broken nails. It’s absurd to charge me for such poor quality. If I knew I was going to be charged I would’ve paid to take them off.

It’s so disappointing how rude they are here. Completely over priced too. I went a few times and today was the last. Previously I was told to leave before my pedicure had a minute to dry because they wanted to leave before the rain, despite rushing my pedicure and when it smudged in the rush out they told me it was too late to fix it?! Other times they were just rude and today a $40 SNS on fingers with no manicure just SNS is suddenly $45. The place was empty and I asked could it be done for the usual $40 but alas they’d rather pay staff to have an empty salon!
