I had a good experience here, staff were very friendly and helpful and I didn’t have to wait in line very long. The shop does look like it is temporary and I’m not sure if they will be fixing that or keeping it the same. Either way I did appreciate their being an Aus post outlet here.

I think people are being a bit cruel in these reviews. The lovely couple who runs this joint are calm and patient and always answer my questions.

Went in to buy a birthday card/envelope only to be told that I was being rude!!! I left the card there and told him he was being rude himself. Never been treated in this manner by someone in a store ever. Won't be supporting this newsagent ever again and will be telling everyone we know to avoid this establishment!

Paid for a yearly subscription for weekend deliveries of the Herald over a month ago - still waiting for it to arrive. They never answer the phone, the herald can't contact them... will cancel it. THe last subscription was unreliable too...arrives really late or not at all.

Worst customer service ever! I will never ask Post Australia to send my parcels there again! Very,very rude to my husband! They should close or sell their business to someone else, coz it seems they are not happy with what they are doing!
