Lugarno Seafood Restaurant

Lovely atmosphere with enjoyable food! Everything we had was cooked well and you could tell the chef was passionate about their craft. The view was lovely by the water but would definitely have been better earlier in the day - hard to see too much at night. Their affogato was also quite nice - a good test of a venue is the quality of their coffee and theirs was quite good! We'll be back for a special occasion in the future!

A great meal for my wife’s birthday with the family. Started with the garlic bread, calamari and garden salad for entre. With the snapper pie, whole snapper, butterflied prawns and fish and chips. The wine pouring by the glass was also generous and the topped it off with a small birthday cake for my wife. Recommend this place.

We had a wonderful experience here. It was a wake for my dad. The food was wonderful (I was amazed by the carpaccio) and the service from Peter was most excellent. We came for lunch and it was so nice to be able to stay as long as we wanted which, given the wonderful location and service, was 6 hours! Now that is a great send off! Thank you all 😃

Mocktail, made from fresh fruit very refreshing.
We had Moussaka, Snapper pie & Grilled Baramundi.
All dishes were delicious, well balanced, excellent, presentation portion sizes were generous.
Certainly would want to come back!

Had a wonderful lunch. Shared Oysters and Duck Liver Pate. We had the Whiting, John Dory, and Tasmanian Salmon. Such great food, wonderful Staff and Service. Would recommend Lugarnos!!!

It was an amazing experience. The environment is peaceful with a sea view . The service was top class. Mr Nash gave us service he was awesome . Food was too good.

What a beauty. I was recommended and wasn’t disappointed. Lovely seafood restaurant with amazing views. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Went there for my birthday lunch and loved it. Seafood platter is the best. Will be back. Parking is limited as it’s a very popular restaurant however it’s worth the wait. Highly recommended.

For those people complaining about the parking- an alternative is getting an uber there.

Even on a rainy Monday, it was still a lovely place for a delicious lunch.
The views over the river and bushland are very nice to relax and feel away from the world. Got a nice table in the window and edited the view very much.
Trio of tartare was lovely and so was stove nice sourdough. Some five wives to pick from and all seen fairly priced.
Loved the choose your own hot platter prob with plenty to choose from. In that the orals were very nice as was the calamari and grilled fish options.
But the standout was the Moreton Bay Bugs with lemon butter and the salt and pepper squid! Fantastic.
Then to finish it off, the banoffee pie was delicious and went great with some noble one.
Service was attentive and friendly and as it was a quieter lunch time a nice calm and relaxed atmosphere.
Overall loved it and would definitely go again!

We had the seafood chowder and the hot and cold seafood platter for two. The bbq octopus was slightly overcooked, otherwise everything was absolutely delicious!

Amazing food and wine. The seafood platter is expensive, but just amazing. The fish soup was excellent as well. The super friendly staff is very happy to recommend a wine that goes with your food. Needless to say that you should not miss the desserts. Anything critical: Yes, finding parking was a bit of a nightmare, because space is limited and the restaurant is really popular :-)

Beautiful views of the river in a quiet, secluded little spot. Great atmosphere in a traditional fine dining type restaurant. Excellent service. Food came out in a timely manner, but not rushed at all. Certainly the best seafood in the area. Absolutely delicious. Extensive wine list. Parking is... well, sub-optimal, but you can't win them all. We will be back.

One of the best seafood restaurants around. I booked table for 4 and requested a table with a view. “I will do my best” was the reply however when we went in, we were allocated the river facing tables. Thank you so much!

Great place with amazing view! Lovely service. We had 2 hot & cold sea food platter! Quantity & quality were amazing!
The options in the platter were too many & too good.
Tip: probably don’t eat anything prior if you plan to enjoy the platter 😁

This restaurant was the best but we waited for a long time about 2 hours but the food was delicious and while I was waiting I ate some fries on the floor from the people before and I ate 10 yummy rocks. in conclusion the bill was skyrocketing to $999999 dollars and my bank account was in big debt hope it helps but 10000000 stars

I'm fussy when it comes to seafood but this place impressed me and I only eat here. Great quality seafood, entrees and desert, with great customer service, you can't ask for more. The view will also make you come back more.

We have been going for many many years and always consistently good food and great service. The staff have also been there for as long as I can remember which is a great sign.
