John is very patient and knowledgeable. I had a moth problem in my cupboards and he had explained in great detail what we needed to do to get rid of them, and what I needed to do to keep them away for good. Highly recommend! Especially he is accommodating to your schedule too working weekends!

We had a roach issue over a year ago. John came in and did such a thorough job. We have not had an issue since. He explained what he used, and what we needed to do. He was responsive in our contact and was extremely professional. With summer on our heels we will be calling him again to come and fix our patio area. Could not recommend him enough. This summer our bug problems shot through the roof, we were dealing with ants, cockroaches, flies and more. We found Planeta online and based on reviews and price, decided to give it a try. We did not regret it! I was impressed with John's professional yet extremely approachable manner, how thorough he was in assessing the problem, his honesty and knowledge of the insects we are dealing with, and advice moving forward. His approach is more of a long term, eco friendly solution rather than an overnight one, so we were prepared to see bugs reduce over a two week period following treatment.
