As for this Ann H comment below I don’t know what you employment status is but if you are employed looks like you need more tasks at work! You obviously have a lot of time on your hands as all you do all day is post reviews. It’s obvious that you do not run a business as you would understand that people are working hard to try and sustain there livelihoods especially after Covid! No business is perfect and none of us are perfect, there is no need to slag people on reviews, you can take it through other avenues and not hide behind your phone! I have been a godmother to 4 children and I vote Kidz N Style all the way, they have bent over backwoods with all the services they provide. Dude go and find something else to do than complain, there are heaps of job openings out there and people are hiring quick!

Came for my first visit today and I am absolutely pleased with the customer service and help from Jenny and the other ladies. In this one visit I was able to purchase everything needed for an upcoming Christening. Definitely will only shop here for all future events. Beautiful, genuine people and service, who are wanting to help and do the best they can for their customers.

The easiest part of organising my daughter's christening was ordering from Kidz N Style. Everyone I asked recommended them and now I know why! The dress, accessories and boxes I ordered turned out even more stunning than I imagined. The service was amazing, I felt like I was with friends who had my best interest at heart. Thank you so much, can't wait for her special day.

Excellent customer service

Omg so I wasn't the only one they yelled at! Terrible customer service. I thought it was a custom made- turns out it is outsourced and made off site somewhere to the nearest size. Bonnet covered my daughters face for the christening did not fit well at all and this is after they tried to fix it after they put a hole in it trying to move the button. Photos turned out disappointing as a result.
Go elsewhere. Regret not going to selene atelier which would have been cheaper!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Poor quality clothing, it’s better to pay that little bit extra so the garment can last. Yelling at customers is also not very professional.

Spent over $600 on an out fit for my sons christening very poor quality and workers have no sympathy and are very rude to deal with

I have never felt the need to give a bad review however, I don’t want anyone else going through the same ordeal as me and my recent experience with kidznstyle.

I ordered a dress for my daughters christening and the dress we chose to what was delivered was a completely different product and colour. Jenny (the owner) persisted to tell me that the dress delivered was the dress I ordered, even though I had 3 family members around me when I chose the dress and all confirmed the dress that came in was the wrong one.

The wrong dress arrived with a week to run until the christening and I was told that it was too late and nothing could be done so, to ensure we had a dress I ended up taking the wrong dress.

Jenny has zero customer service and communication skills and the lack of professionalism is evident, she provided no apology or any sort of solution to the problem.

Unless you want a headache and to be continually frustrated I would not recommend kidznstyle if they were the last place available.
