We went in looking for vanities and were greeted by Donna, after being advised that they didn't have any, ended up browsing and found some lounges that we loved. Donna, was so helpful with fabric options, custom design changes that we could make, she was so knowledgeable and we were very impressed, especially as we haven't finished our house build yet but we will definitely be back to purchase our furnishings from Donna

I recently bought bed heads that were not available in any Harvey Norman store in Sydney. Amanda in the bed department went to great lengths to ensure I could get the items. The customer service at this store is amazing.

Rang the store first to see if they had the goods, which they did. Was NYE and it was a karaoke speaker that no one else had. The gentleman offered to put my name on the item and put it aside, which he did because I had to travel 50 minutes to get there. Great customer service.

Served by Filiz today. Made my husband and I feel very comfortable and welcomed to the store. Went above and beyond to assist us with our purchases. Great customer service

We were shopping for a new mattress today and so over testing the beds and being accosted with salespeople trying to make a sale. Sophie from Harvey Norman South Nowra gave us a great description of the coils (support) and foam topping (soft, medium, firm). She did a fantastic job and we have purchased a fabulous Sealy mattress at a great sale price. The deal included delivery and removal of our old mattress. A big thank you to Dave & Tom from the Computer Department of the HN Nowra store. They were fantastic with the help they provided my elderly mother recently. They spent so much time helping us with the purchase of a new computer for her. Two wonderful lads.

If you live in the Illawarra, give this Harvey Norman a go. I got a great price for a new bed. It's cheaper than Warrawong. We are local to them, and they deliver out this way as well. They're trying to keep their staff employed. Give them a try.

Best Experience with a woman called Jane who helped us out with a coffee machine, she even made us the coffee from that machine and at the cost of $3,000 she was able to get us a better price which wS $2,300 which got her the sale very professional help

I would like to highly commend the wonderful customer service given to my husband and myself to Megan from appliances who sold us a Bosch Dishwasher and Tom J from tech department, who went above and beyond with his excellent customer service skills , and took the time to take us through the steps required to set up security.
These two are the best at what they do, and make the task of making the best choice a stress free one.

Went in to South Nowra location and had a really good experience overall. First with a warranty/replacement on a laptop which the staff member was really helpful and knowledgeable. Secondly for a quote on new kitchen appliances and once again the staff member we dealt with was very friendly and again knew his stuff and was able to answer any questions we threw at him. A quote was happily provided along with a business card. A very pleasant shopping experience

I wish to commend Sophie in the bedding department. She provided excellent customer service in the form of very friendly and knowledgeable advice and in efficiently dealing with my questions and my order. I think there is little she doesn't know about beds.

Absolutely highly recommend Matt! I went into the store 25 minutes before closing time to purchase a laptop. I knew what I wanted so I figured it would be pretty simple and hopefully not to painful to do just before the store is about to close. I told Matt exactly what laptop I wanted but that I also wanted him to set it up and install Microsoft Office for me so that I didn’t need to do it at home. Despite it getting quite close to closing time, he was still happy to do the install and set up my new laptop. He was friendly and polite, I couldn’t fault his service. I would recommend searching for him to assist in your next purchase! :)
