I can highly recommend Illawong Chinese Restaurant. The steamed prawn dumplings are to die for they just melt in your mouth. I have eaten in and also got takeaway and both have been fantastic, I’ve never waited long for pick up and service is impeccable the staff are so friendly and nothing is a problem for them. If you’re looking for great Chinese food look no further.

Great local suburban Chinese restaurant. It's been a while since we dined in and the servings and service were generous. The Mongolian Lamb and prawn omelette were superb!

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Menai the service is wonderful and staff go above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after the food is fantastic the price is what you would expect from fantastic food and service. I would highly recommend Illawong Chinese and Seafood Restaurant.

We haven’t ordered from Illawong Chinese for about 12 mths. We were not happy with quality (gluggy). Thought we’d try take-away Friday night. It was absolutely lovely. Now it’s back to our new favourite Chinese. the simplest combination short soup. Full of meat, veggies and wontons and tasted fresh. Hubby had chow mein, was very pleased tasted great. He noticed sauce was not as thick as he normally has it. But was still good. Yet to try other dishes.

Service was great. They were busy but still took great care of us. The food was realy good, especially pork with plum sauce, Loved it.

Great place to celebrate with owners very friendly and accommodating. Fish was fantastic.
