McDonald's Tamworth

Wait time is really short and when they tell you to go into the waiting bay that means they ate about to serve up the FRESHEST FOOD EVER IMAGINABLE, and it is bloody lovely

love this place been visiting it since 1999 ,I think owners have changed hands ,knew previous owners and their son who had a very good customer service

Food was nice and fresh. Adequate playground. Well prepared coffee. Tables were a bit dirty but it was pretty busy so that is understandable.

Many people think that tamworth east maccas was the first in town but in fact it was actually south maccas that came in first. Quick bit of trivia for you maccas fanatics. Keep it up champions

Only went there to buy a ice cream cone and chips and a apple pie

The lovely McCafe assistant today was absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming, assisted with my order and was prompt and efficient in delivering it. All with a huge smile! It really made my day. If a manager could find out her name and pass on my thanks, it would be appreciated.

Great service didn’t have to wait 10-15 mins for coffees, great start to the day

It was so bloody hot in Tamworth when we went there… we were about to leave and needed a cold drink. Service was swift and friendly and the frozen cokes were great!

Today I was served by a lovely girl named Kiana. She honestly deserves a raise for the outstanding customer service I received from her today. I have never had such a positive experice going through the drive through, let alone from Maccas.

Always get my food nice & fresh and way before expected time. Great friendly clean environment, great staff but wish they can add more waiting bays. Drive thru at times slow especially on Fridays, keep it up guys

How can there be 2 Maccas in town and the one closest to the Golden guitar has the worst coffee ever and this one has the best? It's not like they have different suppliers. Guess they just have better trained staff... 🤷‍♂

east is the best, people complain about it a lot but they don’t realise that it takes time to cook things and things stuff up, people make mistakes and you can’t take it out on them, they’re just doing they’re jobs.

If they make a mistake you can calmly tell them that your order is wrong they will understand and fix it. No need to be rude at all. Ive seen a lot of customers yelling at the workers and some throwing they’re burgers at the workers. You can’t complain about the service when the customers are the fault in some situations.

East closed at 11 and opens at 5 the store didn’t put up the time someone not from maccas did.

We stopped to walk in to get maccas as there were a crowd of people waiting for their orders and regardless the service ran smoothly, very impressed that our order wasn't a long wait, the maccas food and beverages was enjoyable (great food) and so will be stopping by next time.

So busy yet everyone was eager to serve at drive through. Fastest service in the south even though traffic in and around was bedlam. Thank you Tamworth Maccas, it helped after a 9 hr drive.

Just fine - served very quickly and this time my chicken burger was grilled and lovely - last time i asked for grilled and it came deep fried , this has happened a few times and I don't like to complain -
