The staff in ETMC have gave me the best ever customer service that I have ever experienced. Very polite, gentle, informative, giving privacy. Most important on that day to me was my phone battery was running low and I asked one the Staff and without any hesitation she said she will charge it for me. Thanks to her I could enjoy the drive back home.

Had an excellent experience here for my visa medical
All the staff were so friendly and upbeat and especially the reception staff. Had the best care today by all staff and a fantastic enjoyable experience.
I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys 👍👌🏻💉😃

Had to get a cyst of my arm, Dr and nurse were very helpful, great people skills, very understanding and caring.

I've done my visa applicant medical there , doctors are so kind they make sure that you're comfortable to the examination that they're gonna do to you. Staffs are friendly too:-)

Had to go around this lot just to get a referral for metal health they try to keep me in house with no support at all still I went around Ian just to get help because the meds he put me on where making me wores.
Never have I ever been treated that s##t and just been used for big pay cheeks walk in and 2 second latter you are getting a controlled S8 medication. before you even get to take a seat. Love the way he tryed to make my health all about lineing he's and he's wife's pockets

We had medical checkup appointment at 9.30 am. We drove 400 kms from sydney to reach here on time. It is 10.13 am during writing this review but still waiting for our turn. If there was no slot available at 9.30 am , what was the point to offer that slot? Very slow service wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Don't recommend this centre. Rude staff.
Plus, Dr Ian is a bully, just charged me multiple times, and no result.
