The owner is very kind and helpful. The price is very reasonable, you should stop and take a quick look. I get my Oma favourite shoes! But it is sad to see the shop closing down at the end of the year.

I can’t recommend Wilson’s Family Shoe Store enough! The ladies that work here are amazing. Rhonda and Fran were so great with my son. They stocked smaller sizes for school shoes/joggers. Most big brand shoe stores start at a size 10 or 11 for kindergarten students, but hardly had any in stock. Wilson’s had stock and a few sizes for us to try.
The store wasn’t too busy when I went in the afternoon and it was much more relaxing than going to a busy shopping centre. Great pricing and they also accept Back to School vouchers!
My son loved the vintage rocking horse! I’ll definitely be coming back here for the whole family!

Just had the best school shoe shopping experience. If you need properly fitted shoes, amazing service and don’t want to go near a shopping centre, then this gem at Jannali is the best. Wilsons Family Shoe Store Jannali is where you need to go. Honestly I will be going there again for school shoes. Can’t praise them enough.

I bought my first pair of R.M. Williams here yesterday. Colleen looked after me so well, making sure the fit was what it needed to be in the same way she did when she sold me my first pair of school shoes as a kid. This place is a treasure of the area.
