I cant say enough great thngs about this Real estate or recommend them enough as an excellent landlord. I've been leasing a home from Merridee and Bill for 12 months now. Being new to the area and renting for the first time on my own, Merridee made sure to find me a safe unit that was beautifully maintained.
Together she, Bill and their team went above and beyond to welcome me to Tamworth.
Soon after moving in, the landlord wanted to replace some tired flooring - well they had someone in, measuring up and it was replaced within a fortnight.
I have found them to be trustworthy and upfront - whilst being kind and understanding.
I’m reluctantly in the process of moving due to health reasons - and I can’t recommend them enough.

Many years ago in 2019 Merridee succeeded in getting us approved for a rental property despite being rejected by other agencies for months due to being under the age of 18.

Merridee went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She even went to the length of driving us to rental properties that were on the market as we had no vehicle or license at the time.

Merridee responded to emails and phone calls everyday to keep us updated and informed despite having a huge rent roll for the amount of staff.

Merridee gave us a go when we moved to Tamworth. No other agents would. We had nothing but a great professional experience. She is a nice person and easy to talk to about any issues we had with the property we rented. We have moved from Tamworth now but would recommend her to friends or family if they were looking to rent in Tamworth.
