The staff at Sylvania Veterinary Hospital made it as easy as possible from the first call, the visit, the procedure and now days later have helped us close the chapter. Their care and empathy towards our pets and us is first class.
I would never take a pet anywhere else.

Lovely vets and friendly staff. I have an anxious dog who hates the vet and the team are always so gentle and patient with him. We moved further away but I still travel to Sylvania as the service is always spot on!

We went to Sylvania veterinary hospital last Thursday to adopt a kitten.
We receieved the best service by the very friendly and helpful staff.
Vanessa told us all the things we needed to know and was very helpful.
Our new little kitten is a real delight to all of us and is so good.

This was our first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. No over charging as I've experienced at a lot of vets for a Sunday visit. David Lee was great with the consultation for my bird. I'll definitely go there again. Thanks to the staff.

Sylvania Vet especially Vicki is excellent my Cat mandy was so i’ll from being at another vets in same area who went for a haircut they kept her six hours and charged me a very high price after picking Mandy up she was so i’ll for two to three days no food water she just couldn’t stop fitting like shaking which still has not stopped thanks to Sylvania Vets she will be seeing them in future.

Vet took photos of that male cat photo 3 and if you note her long Mane and neck were to stay.He said oh definitely but WHAT DID HAPPEN TO HER AND WHY IS HER NECK ALL CROOKED.
I’m seeking a refund and i am complaining to Fair Trading my cat has almost died because the Vet ignored my telling him she’s very sensitive to chemicals etc and only to use happy gas with felieway

We have been taking our fur baby here for 10 years. Dr Charlie and her team are professional, patient and caring. Alex, in particular, was wonderful with our baby today giving him lots of snuggles and easing his anxiety. Thank you for looking after our family!

Such an amazing veterinary practice. Every single time my dog has an issue and we can’t get into our usual vet, this clinic never fails to treat my dog to the highest of standards giving thorough explanations of the issue and explicit after care instructions. Never had a problem with this vet HIGHLY recommended

We have been going to Sylvania Veterinary Hospital for over 16 years. They have always taken great care of our pets, given wonderful advice and service and been extremely compassionate and empathetic when we have had to say the hardest goodbyes. Our most recent visit was a goodbye and they were so patient and understanding. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Legends!! My sweet little parrot somehow caught his leg ID tag on his beak. We called a few vets, however none were confident enough to work on Parrots.

We went to Sylvania Vets and the ladies there were amazing, with 20 minutes till close they calmy and confidentiality removed the ID tag with no stress to the bird.

They are awesome!!!

Great veterinary practice, staff are helpful and informative. They managed to heal a gaping wound on one of our colony cats, Friendly. He is now home and back causing terror as if it never happened.
The staff looked after Friendly for 10 days and made sure he was well looked after and minimised his stress about being indoors.

Sylvania Veterinary Hospital has been a very positive experience even when your life gets turned upside down because your fur baby needs attention, help and guidance.
They are more than helpful from the reception desk, to the nurses and the vets.

This lovely Veterinary clinic is a gem in the shire, they take in all animals that are lost, hurt including wildlife, we had a beautiful little ringtail possum that had either fallen off his Mother's back or had been left behind calling for a few hours in our garden, so I rang up the vet concerned it might need some help and they were wonderful. We popped the baby into a container wrapped in a tea towel and took it straight there. Polite, kind and caring staff. Highly recommend

I've had very positive experiences with Sylvania Veterinary Hospital. They are worth every one of my five stars because of their impeccable service.

Two years ago, my guinea pig had overgrown teeth that no other vets were willing to deal with. I'm incredibly thankful that Michelle took a chance in performing the dental surgery required despite the risks. It was a success and my guinea pig was able to live another year and a half.

When my guinea pig needed to be put to sleep in January, Michelle and the team were so kind and compassionate. I am thankful for their empathy and the lovely card they sent after.

I love that the hospital is open until late, and they always try and accommodate around your schedule. It makes a huge difference when you already feel the stress of dealing with a sick pet.

The people and vets that work there are so nice. It's clean and the opening times are very convenient, they are open from 7am to 11pm on week days, and on weekends, they are open from 7am to 8 pm, this is convenient because if there is an emergency or something urgent to do with your pet you will have this wide window of time to get there. Definitely taking my little pooch there from now on.

Such a caring place. I've had to euthanize pets there and have brought new pets there. They are empathetic, supportive, professional and simply lovely people. For those of us with reptiles or grumpy animals in general I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Hennings. All the vets are competent and confident with any critter that comes through the doors. Also the Xmas pics with Santa paws for the charity pets in the park is a blast. Best vets in the shire in my personal opinion
