My husband and I have just had a wonderful experience (GREAT service is not dead) over the past two days with both Lee and Greg. They were both so helpful and offered us a wealth of knowledge to help us make our up and coming renovations at lot easier. Many many thanks.

Joyce Mayne were great.

Disappointing. We couldn't get into the showroom without an appointment & couldn't talk to anyone. Were told to contact their sales guy who works out of Sydney! And that he was a bit hard to get onto and we could ring the office for them to email him and wait for a reply. Who needs these hassals when renovating? We organised our air con elsewhere on the same day !

My work have experienced some of the worst "service" from HNC.
They never call back when they promise they will, we call multiple times and get no where, orders are delayed by weeks with no notice, we have call to follow up, and it happens again and again and again.. months upon months and even years of the same thing.
I can't wait until we go else where, we waste so much time with them.
I recommend everyone stays away if you value your time, money and sanity.
