Anzac Park

Such good shade from trees, plus lots of sheltered tables throughout the park. A variety of equipment, with areas to entertain the littlest to the bigger kids. Also has a wheelchair friendly swing.

I have very fond childhood memories of Anzac Park, and it's nice to see its still a place to make memories with the kids. Expansive park with lots of space to run around, kick a ball and burn some energy. Great little playground with equipment that keeps the kids interested.
BBQ facilities, Clean amenities, plenty of shade and a moving tribute to our servicemen and women.

Great spot to take the kids. Very clean amenities and well-kept gardens. Unfortunately we were short on time to explore the full grounds, but everything looked excellent.

A great park with facilities for all children including the disabled.

It has been along time since it has been this green with the recent rain. The gardens are all looking fantastic and there’s lots of nice walking area to stroll around and enjoy so close to town.
Toilet facilities are clean and also accessible for the disabled. Plenty of drinking water options as well and lots of different play equipment to be enjoyed with plenty of seating for parents in nice shady areas.

Bowling club is just around the corner from play area.

A beautifully-kept park, often relaxing and popular with many local bird species, and a favourite family spot on the weekend, directly adjacent to Tamworth City Bowling Club.

Anzac park is a great placed to sit and relax while waiting for the kids to finish playing also a great places to have a birthday

We really loved this park, it had everything we needed, good picnic facilities, toilets and great covered picnic tables, so good to protect us from the sun and heat, we had breaky and lunch. The park itself is beautiful, tranquil and serene, awesome landscaping, playgrounds for children and clean toilets, we would definitely come back 👍💯👏🏕

Peaceful, love to have lunch there from time to time

Vast area to have a picnic and we were treated to some lovely bagpipe music on the day. The park has tables and seats with cover. A large shade cloth covered area for kids to play on all sorts of equipment. Rubbish bins and public amenities made for an easy and relaxing half day in the park.

Lovely walking/play area for families.
Visitors using the lovely covered picnic area are there for all....... so clean up after yourselves ...

I've been to two Sunday events there. Great facilities, well maintained. Super family space.

Great place to have lunch or dinner. Great play area for children. Good facilities for disposing of rubbish or recycling. Easy parking.

It's green and pleasant and always fun, especially if I go with my wife Ping :) or some friends.

Fabulous. A great park well maintained. Excellent facilities: bbqs, shelters for eating, childrens play equipment, lots of grass, lots of trees, seats, open pergola for formal functions. New toilet block. Near the Tamworth Bowling Club. Near Tamworth Public School. Plenty of parking.

BBQs were spotless The Black Cocky talks did not know they could. His white cockatoo mates all talk as expected. Ripping spot for kids with huge playground and plenty of birds to have a chat with. Plus heaps more to do all free But please donate a few Gold Coins to help them out.

Beautiful park, very relaxing, BBQs available, good mix of play equipment and lots of open area for games and paths for children to ride bikes.

Beautiful, green, always filled with happy people, swings and playground and nice bbq areas. The gardens are so pretty too.
