Super pleased with the staff, customer service and compassion they showed my Grandmother who suffers with dementia. Being a male, I found myself in an uncomfortable position waiting outside the changing room while my grandmother was trying on different clothing.

The moment I expressed my concern the ladys immediately took charge assisting myself and grandma. Absolutely amazing to see this level customer care!! True hero's. Thanks Sussans.

Same old same old

My mum bought a dress and was offered a members card with double points, which she was very pleased about. Next day we can't find the card that she thought was put into her bag with the dress, so she went to the store with her dress and receipts to see if she could get another one. She goes to the counter, a different employee is having small talk with a customer that she evidently knows... She had to wait about 10 minutes to be served because the employee was too busy chatting. Once she was served, she was told that she would discuss the issue with the person that served her the day before eventually - acting as if the person she bought the dress from wasn't working today. Mum was about to leave the store but turned and came back just to double check she was in the system and who was there... The person she bought the dress from. She asked why she wasn't able to get the card and was told the one she initially made was thrown away because she thought mum wasn't coming back - even though mum said she shops there regularly. Terrible service, no apology, they had my mums number so they could have easily contacted her of the mistake, they barely listened to her.

The staff are rude and don't recognise anyone and they just ignore you
