Flames and Flavour -One Mile Cafe

They serve a variety of alcoholic drinks. Have an extensive menu. Ordered chicken schnitzel and sticky date pudding. Both tasted great. Restaurant is spacious and the lady who works there is so friendly and welcoming.

I had one of the best experiences of my life last Monday night at the One mile beach cafe. After a great feed of Smokey rids a group of guests arrived, who were Nepalese and related to the owners.
As l was on my own I was invited to join there group and experience some of the most beautiful singing and dance that I’ve ever been part of. Thank you so much , it was so inclusive.

May be you could make these nights a regular scene so that locals could experience your warmth and beauty.

Bagnals is a great beach and both our dogs and we always have fun. High tide is the best time with low tide a long walk to some deeper water. Has BBQ area, showers and toilets. Play gear for kids too.

By far the best place that serves quality food and coffee in the the area! That burger was just something else. Coffee was very smooth with a strong taste, not something I normally enjoy but this hit right where it tickles. Hope they will open one down in Sydney.

Super friendly staff, I saw them set up a baby shower <3. The food was good and fairly priced

Such a great venue. Love the food here. Staff were super nice and helpful. I had chillie prawn linguine and i must say.. best pasta i have ever had. It was just perfect. Highly recommend to anyone visiting one mile beach/ nelson bay area.

Unexpectedly great food, was not expecting it from a cafe on the beach. Thought it would be mainly just hot chips and snacks but this place had a great burger, great crispy calamari, loaded fries were a bit rich for me, and a great selection of drinks. An awesome place that really makes you feel like you are on a beach holiday.

Great food - beer was cold - high quality food - snitchel , burger and pasta was really good fresh ingredients perfectly cooked. Chips were really good too. Olivier was nice too , great service and quick.

Up at Anna Bay from the South Coast for a week long surfing contest and ate there every night except our first night.

I had a really delicious breakfast and lunch with my family while on holiday. I understand the cafe gets very busy during holiday season and the wait time was longer than usual. However, it was well worth the wait after having the meals!!! Halloumi salad and big breaky and smashed Avo… LOVED IT!!!! 100% recommend to anyone and everyone 👌

We came with our kids for dinner a few weeks ago on Saturday evening. Food was delicious, with generous portions, especially for the kids. Great service and we’ll be back when we’re in the neighbourhood again.

Omg the food is delicious. I got perfect wedges and gravy and they were perfect. Gravy good (not enough for me) but good. Saving this place in my phone will be back again. And open when everyone else was closed.

Great food and extra friendly service. We were here for a week for a surfing event and came nearly every night because it was such a nice place:)

Great place to eat after a 10km bushwalk. We ordered the omelette with toast - the toast was the best I’ve ever eaten, rich buttery sourdough.

A great place for breakfast and to dine-in in Nelson Bay area. Great food and great customer service.

Dined there twice in two days we had the same meals both days. The Peri Peri Chicken and Steak Sandwich. Constistently fresh and tasty. The chips nice and crunchy. Staff were very pleasant and meals served reasonably quickly.. Both indoor and outdoor seating. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.
