Apple Bondi

I dropped in looking to trade in my iPhone. All staff were absolutely lovely - the girl who greeted me, the first guy to assist me after they put me on the list (Michael?) and most importantly the absolute superstar Pearl who assisted me with setting up my phone plan and finalising the new iPhone purchase. We had a hell of an evening together! 😂 We came across so many issues (with the phone operating company), which made the process a lot slower. Pearl was so amazingly kind and patient through all of it, supported me until the very end, and I ended up leaving the store past closing time with my brand new phone set up. She is an absolute legend, clearly adored by all her colleagues too. They all seem to have a great relationship, the culture seems so positive, and that comes through in the service. Thank you so much Pearl and everyone from Apple Store Bondi. I could not be more grateful 🧡

I went there to buy the newest Apple M3 with the bigger screen. They didn't have the one with the color I wanted. They were friendly and directed me to the Apple store in greater Sydney and made sure to call that store for me to get that done without waiting in line

While the outcome of my visit was not as hoped, the customer service from Casey was phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and patient, and it felt as though he was personally invested in finding a solution for me.

Went to the store driving 50mins from home. The service was great. Booked an Iphone 15plus earlier over phone and got it instantly once reached the phone. Very good customer service as per my experience.

My AirPods weren’t connecting to my phone. I updated my software, turned my phone off and disconnected the Bluetooth everything, I still wasn’t able to fix it. i think it was Aron or zack who helped me but I arrived at the store at 9:05am & left at 9:20am. He was helpful, informative and quick. He fixed my issue, left AirPod needed to be replaced and he replaced and charged it while I was waiting. I genuinely hope you win the lotto. Thank you so much, you made my day & now I don’t need to listen to the train tracks and the doors opening on the train.

Extremely friendly. Came to replace an iPad battery. End up receiving a refurbished iPad. Thumb up!!!

Guys were nice enough to replace my water damaged phone but said I would loose my data. One recommended fonefix bondi junction - spring street - just few streets away - guy there was amazing! Managed to recover my data and apple replaced my phone subsequently!

Seamless experience with all the help I needed to purchase new equipment. Angel, the employee who works there deserves a promotion & raise, much appreciated

If go there ask for Michael. He is the real boss. Seriously, pretty nice and with a lot of knowledge!

Good place for shopping. Beautiful, clean and a tidy place. A five star rated shopping center.

I was passing through town and desperately needed my Macbook fixed....quickly. The team at Apple Bondi went above and beyond to get it fixed up in just one day! Customer service was top notch and my laptop is good as new just a few hours later. Special shoutout to Jack for his help and kindess!

Another amazing experience getting a new phone, Hassan was so helpful and showed me a great plan which I ended up changing too. He had a really good vibe. Penny changed my plans and made sure everything worked out without me needing to do a thing! and was so lovely to my sister in the store who wasn't buying anything. Jess helped me set up my phone and showed me great apps and was so great and friendly. 10/10

I’ve had the pleasure today to get assistance from a mandarin speaking staff (if I did not see the name tag wrong his name is Bill) IPhone trade-in process was a bit complex to me but he was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you again Bill!

Apple store Bondi Junction. On two consecutive days, on two unrelated issues I popped in into the store for assistance. The two young ladies who assisted both my wife and myself have an excellent knowledge of our , not only that, their pleasant helpful attitude was much appreciated.

Great experience at Apple Bondi. My phone broke while on vacation in Sydney, and the staff at Apple Bondi was able to sort me out quickly. Cass in particular was lovely and very helpful. Overall great experience, and a much shorter wait than I'd experience back in Toronto.

Super nice location on outside of Bondi Junction Westfield with all you expect from an Apple Store.
