The Grad Shop

Purchased a good quality hoodie from here a few weeks ago. Also had to borrow a stapler from here to staple my final exam notes together, somehow neither the library or the stationary reuse center had one. The man at the counter was very friendly and helpful, Thanks!! :)

17Jan2020, Fri 12:20pm. This is where you can buy lab coats (both crested 28$ and plain-uncrested 26$, ranging between S,M,L,XL,XL2) and safety glasses. On this day however they were out of stock on crested lab coats but they still had uncrested (see photo) ones. The ladies there were friendly.

The Grad Shop inside the grounds of The University of New South Wales has quite a lot of really cool merchandise products. They stock T-shirt’s, jumpers and hoodies. You can also purchase a lot more products with the UNSW logo on it. We have purchased beautiful little wine glasses, clothing and hats. Everything is really great quality as well.

Have a great variety of UNSW branded merch for every one! Also very helpful staff!

I went thrice but unsuccessfully buying anything because the man behind the counter was not polite, unfriendly and unhelpful everytime, unlike UNSW bookshop staff who were very good to customer. The only good point is the quality and wide range of the merchandise in the shop.

I ordered a hoodie that was in stock and waited four weeks for my delivery. After four weeks I get an email that my size is out of stock and if I want a size bigger or smaller. Probably my hoodie has been sold in the meantime. I definitely cannot recommend the service and advise everyone not to order anything from The Grad Shop.

Useless. Ordered a graduation bear for a graduation one week before said graduation, express shipping and all, The Grad Shop not only missed the graduation but missed the month the graduation was in. It took over 5 weeks, multiple emails and calls to sort it out and for them to finally fulfil the order. Honestly, if I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Website & Google profile states open until 4pm, just drove from other side of sydney specifically to collect something I bought online and the shop is closed. Really frustrating. Choose a more reliable merchant
