We made an on-line purchase of a 3-in-1 wireless bathroom heater with remote. It was neatly packaged when it arrived. Our electrician found it easy to install and remarked “It fits flush to the ceiling, no unsightly gaps.” It looks great. The remote is simple to use. A bonus is that the remote can be placed close to you, which avoids risky walks over a wet floor. Two heat and two fan settings provide some degree of control. Steam is efficiently removed without an uncomfortable breeze. Love it ❤

Woeful and arrogant service. A three pendant light arrived with two missing screws. When contacted by email, I was advised that any claim must be made within 7 days of delivery. The "Sorry - can't help" referred me to a link on their web site. You will find it if you scroll down several pages. Pathetic. For the cost of two screws that hold the lamp shades in place, I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to be aware that their claim - "Lighting Outlet we aim at 100% customer satisfaction" is fatuous puff.

Update: Replacement screws received from China today. They are an exact match so the problem has been resolved. Congratulations to Mitchell (The owner) for his candid and informative response to my emails. What was a one star rating has now been changed to five stars. Thank you Mitchell.

I just had my kitchen renovated and one of the pendant lights was accidentally broken! After installing my new step lights, my electrician informed me we needed new drivers to stop the flickering - I sent an email to The Lighting Outlet asking what was the best driver, and got an acknowledgment quickly and then a response with a link to the driver recommended by the manufacturer withing a few hours. With any issues I've had with my recent purchases the customer service has been fantastic.

I ordered a PIR Security sensor which arrived very quickly in the remote control the battery holder was missing. Things can happen!

I recently purchased a Hunter III LED Sensor Flood Light 2x11w 4200K in white from the Lighting Outlet. Service was prompt and the light was delivered quickly and well packaged. The light was a replacement for a flood light that no longer functioned. The basic design is similar to the previous unit and was chosen as it had a sensor and lights that could be angled independently. This was important as the block has a steep slope. The new light works extremely well and provides much brighter and more even illumination over a wider area than the old light. The only issue is that it does not have any sensitivity adjustment so it tends to pick up various types of movement more often than the previous unit.

I ordered several ceiling lights and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived. It’s too early to tell how well the lights hold up but so far they have really improved lighting around the home. They are a great addition to the living space and overall atmosphere.

Easy website to navigate and the perfect light we needed at a great price! Fast shipping and even delivered to our apartment door, instead of sending to post office to pickup.
