The team at Autobarn today were so helpful.
The service staff were Stephanie and Amy.
I was wiring up a car stereo to a Mazda 6 MPS turbo AWD with the Mazda Bose Sound System option.
Autobarn Heatherbrae was showing all the wiring harness attachments in stick that I required which is in and of itself just a great range of stock in a store of any kind in this day and age.
I had called the helpline at Aerpro prior to purchasing their range of wiring harnesses at Autobarn Heatherbrae.
It turns out that Steph, Amy and myself seemed to know more about the products than the manufacturer.
The ones recommended on the website for Aerpro for a Mazda 6 MPS don't work.
Steph and Amy gladly refunded me and allowed me to return the goods (or bads as the case turned out)
Another call to the manufacturer did not solve the issue but Steph and Amy were only too happy to help supply me with everything I needed to make my own harness patch required to get my tunes going in my beloved Mazda 6 MPS.
I cannot recall getting service this friendly, cooperative and accommodating in many years.
Steph and Amy's knowledge in the automotive area of my enquiries was thorough to the point of surprise as most or oft times these days staff in parts shops don't know and don't care.
This was not the case with Steph and Amy.
Not only did they go above and beyond for me whilst I was there they also made calls to help put a broken down traveller whom also commented on the level of great friendly service.
It made shopping for car parts a breeze.

A massive thank you to the 2 beautiful ladies at the Heatherbrae store. As a woman it can be a bit overwhelming to enter an automotive store not knowing much about cars so to be greeted and helped by Jillian and the Manager Tracey with the advice I needed was amazing. They understood what I wanted and went above and beyond. Thank you so much I’ll definitely be back!

Went in there today and got a complete steeio system for my car. They had everything on shelf all harnesses and facia bits super helpful they also had time to explain everything i needed to know 10/10
