1st time Buyer with Popping Candy's online store (a wee oddity that they are in Bomaderry as I spent childhood weekends in Basin View & would get ice cream sodas at a cafe/roadhouse in Bomaderry 🤩), I bought several Erstwilder pieces to add to my collection and I am in love with ALL of them! The personal touches were lovely and now I have discovered the SHOES! Ohh Monster Shoes you shall be mine ❣💯 Wonderful shop, quite possibly my new favourite destination 💕✨💕 absolutely recommend to fellow Goth Gals & other quirky souls out there 💎🧛🏻‍♀✨

Love every bit of it. ordered three pairs and one was bit too loose yet I was able to exchange that pair without any problems. Received the new one within 10 days. Great colors, patterns and styles.

My funky platforms just arrived & it was love at first sight. I feel the strap could be a little further down the foot, though, they're going to rub where foot meets anckle for a while, hopefully the strap will soften. But I'm still going back in for more!

I purchased a number of items during their recent Annual Sale Event. However, the rush to get so many orders out to so many customers, meant that a couple of pairs arrived at my doorstep having missed the “usual checks and balances”.

Vanessa could not have been more accommodating and warm, whilst still maintaining her professional integrity. In turn, I felt confident she would deliver what she promised.

I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes over the internet from Popping Candy and I love them sooo much. They are true to size, just as described on their website and fit perfectly. The order was sent super fast and communication was wonderful. Highly recommend and I am definitely going to buy more from them as they are so easy to deal with.

I have to say I love Popping Candy, the care of their customer service and approach makes purchasing from Popping Candy a marvellous scrumptious experience. Their customer service matches the adorability of their products that they sell. I was feeling rather gloomey however Gale turned my gloominess around and gave me a reason to smile. Popping candy had a pop up store in Canberra. My daughter brought the most beautiful shoes. Best customer service and great quality, highly recommended buying products from popping candy.

Lovely customer service! Didn't assume gender, used they/them pronouns by default! Great shoes! I felt very comfortable trying them on!!!

Gayle and Vanessa are fantastic! The show room is beautifully arranged so you can see all the merchandise (the shoes look so much prettier in person) and they will happily check stock for you, help you with fittings and pairing items such as socks, jewelry and sunglasses with your shoes or bag if you ask. They won't push you for an upsell however unlike some other niche places. They have an Amazing giant warehouse every girls shoe dream!

While some phone services may struggle in the area they are happy to pull up their web site for you if you can't remember the name of something you are looking for.

Plenty of parking and someone is always available their standard hours. They will also take bookings and arrange times with you. They were very understanding on my last visit where I got delayed and was late to the appointment.
