I am drinking Pearl Milk pretty much all the time. This is the best place if you want one. I tried some other drinks and everything is amazing. Customer service is perfect. Very helpful with a smile. I would definitely recommend Gong Cha to everyone.

By far the best Gongcha branch I've ever been to! Such a nice, friendly manager and the staff there are lovely and so so helpful. The customers service is amazing and the quality of drinks is always the highest out of all Gongcha branches I've tried. They always seek to help out the customer and provide them with the best recommendations necessary, really good service! I'm so happy to see that this branch has received 5 stars overall, they truly deserve it!!

The staff here are always polite, even when customers are rude and demanding. I've seen them put up with some strange people and they will still serve you with a smile. And the tea is nice too. Best milk foam.

Gong Cha is such a good place with an amazing staff service. They always put a smile on my face and they have a wide range of employees. The drinks all have an amazing taste and can fit everyone's differences. They also give customers a choice to customise their drinks which is a plus for me and everyone else. :)

Gong Cha as a whole company are known for amazing tea, and taking great care of their customers. However, the guys at the Eastgardens branch go above and beyond.

I am Bubble Tea obsessed (the Easties team can tell you), but I have never felt so respected and welcomed than at Eastgardens. Hands down! The tea is amazing, they'll cater to whatever your needs may be.
Whether how much sugar you want, or if you're looking for a new flavour to experiment with! Trust me, they have helped me sort through at least 12 different various tea options.

Yum yum yum! so good to have Gong Cha Eastgardens...the best company to have while shopping! and if you're health mindful like me you can ask for less to no sugar and know exactly what you are getting and still have a TEA-riffic taste. Staff are also super friendly and fast.

Gong Cha is such a nice place especially when the employer is able to make all customisations possible for everyone's diverse tastes. They also have many drinks that can fit anyone at anytime.

I got the Mango Alisan and Taro with pearls both with a little sugar, as I walked around Westfields doing some Christmas Shopping. It was nice and refreshing and the kids love it as well. I like how I can choose how much sugar I want in it.
