Shout out to Ben the young gentleman in the shoe department last Friday. He brought my daughter out at least 15 pairs of shoes to try to make sure she got the exact ones that were best for her. He was very hard working and courteous. It was a pleasure to see this sort of service provided - thank you Ben.

Wow, my partner and I chatted about how incredible the customer service experience we had with a guy here all the way home. Ben served us (yes I echo the other reviews about Ben evidently!) and was the epitome of professional, caring, patient and yeah - just great. I told him I was impressed with his customer service too and he replied "I'm just part of a great team". My daughter and I walked away both having been fitted and in new kicks. Very happy thanks Ben. I hope Rebel appreciate how good he is.

Very good place with many things to purchase. I personally, enjoy soccer and there is even a section where there are lots of soccer jerseys and balls to buy. In that section you can test out and play with the balled on the synthetic grass. Overall rebel is an amazing store.

To Patrick, helped me get some fins from the back when they weren't on shelves. Took almost no time at all. He got multiple to ensure I got what I needed. Amazing Customer Service.

Great staff, great service.
I had to change a couple of items from an online purchase as the sizing was too big. Staff were very helpful and made the swap easily. They even went as far as looking up stock in other stores because they didn't have the right size for one of my items.

I've been to a few stores lately and was disappointed with the service, and was tempted to buy everything I need online from a
Competitor.

Perry at Bondi Junction changed all that. His service was fantastic and is the exact reason I still prefer to shop in-store.

It’s a side store. You will find things easily, and that’s save your time. I like their varieties which gives you the choices to pick from.

I was in the Bondi Junction store today and had Benjamin helping me buy football boots. He was excellent and so friendly, really made my experience so much better!

I was so impressed by the knowledge and courtesy of the young sales man who assisted me with my purchase yesterday, that I asked his name so I could provide feedback. Daniel Cooper is a great asset to Rebel. He made my shopping experience fast and easy. Brilliant service!

Don’t normally leave reviews but my mum and I were extremely impressed with the service we received from the young sales assistant named Michael. We visited on Thursday the 22nd December and Michael gave great advice and recommendations for products and even helped us get our large item to the car. Would really like to pass on our appreciation and thanks!

Great service. Lauren and her colleague at Broadway spent a long time helping me even knowing I would need to go to another Bondi for my size.

Sunday, returned a vibrating massager with an electrical fault bought 10 weeks ago. No problem. Smiling and friendly three young women at the checkout replaced it without fuss and a new one in my hands within 3 minutes. Didn't have an invoice just the Visa card date. Kapow! Found my purchase instantly.

Yesterday I purchased a pair of runners at Bondi Junction from a young Aussie/Asian bloke(I hope that's not politically incorrect)The runners weren't quite what I was looking for but they'll do. The reason I settled was because of the sincerity and kindness of the sales assistant.
I've just started at the gym and things are going quite well. "They" say I need a new hip, so although flexibility is improving, putting shoes and socks on is challenging. The sales assistant, seeing me struggling, had no hesitation in taking care of my difficulties and did it with humility and thoughtfulness.
Maybe all your staff are like this, maybe I just got lucky, whatever the case, one thing is for sure, that is that I'll be in far more regularly now that life has dealt me let's say, circumstances that will permit me a more option Leiden quality of life.

We were here trying shoes and Benjamin M was great in handling a few customers at the same time. Really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Lastly, we love Rebel and its mad discounts. It is the gift that keeps on giving haha

Helpful staff and great deals online. Try stuff on, order it in the rebel Onlineshop as a pick-up item and save good money.

I hadn't been to Rebel a while and have to say my last experience was a bit of a mess so wasn't sure about the visit.

I popped in to look at some boot options for my daughter and Ben has restored my faith in good customer service and made my daughter's day.

Ben was attentive, chatty and helped my daughter get fit for some new boots, he was careful in his advice and wanted to make sure the fit was spot on.

He also managed to practise a few kicks and drills with my daughter and chatted to her about the world cup.

I probably wouldn't have bought the boots on the spot otherwise.

The last time I was here I spent 30mins instore without a single person offering to help and the store was a mess.

Pleasantly surprised!
