Commonwealth Bank Huskisson Branch

One of the best bank experiences I’ve had.
I had a lot of trouble with setting my account up with minimal ID but the lady there named Vicki helped me in every way she could. She called me the day after to keep me updated with everything and kept pushing for my account to be opened.
Idk about the size of the bank or their hours but this was the nicest lady I’ve had to deal with at a bank…
Honestly she’s getting the 5 stars

This bank does not open anymore its just an ATM.

Good just needs better parking

The bank needs longer hours and another staff member, most of the time I head there, there's at least a 10 minute wait

The staff ust stand there and talk about life, and slow the service down. So slow.....

The least capable branch in existence. If you're able to be served while they're open...it'll often be a frustrating and useless experience

Was accused today of not being myself because my signature had too big of a loop on it when the manger had my drivers licence very unhelpful and extremely rude then further didn't help with my banking needs accused me of trying to access my mothers account when I was trying to deposit money all round horrible experience directly caused by manager literally had to go to post office to finish my banking very simple

Worst most unhelpful staff. Their knowledge of their own procedures is non existent
