Tracy from ICE talked me through my issues (3 x faulty machines) without hesitation problem solving each one. She asked me to goto the machines and call her back with what was happening to each one. She then proceeded to give me good advice on preventative maintenance and where to take for warranty. Thank you!

ICE (esp Tracey from the service dept) were so great to deal with when we needed our 50Lt Mecnosud dough mixer serviced and some small parts replaced - Tracey was super efficient, very helpful, technically aware of the product, components and local contacts and took care in noting that it is a key equipment item that we can't operate without. ICE have been oustanding both times I've engaged them to service by Orved vacuum machine. I'm unable to bring my machine in for servcing, so in late 2021 Ash went above and beyond to provide me with products and advice to complete a service. Today one of their technicians kindly walked me through the process to clear the 5k cycle warning. It's rare to come across business with a strong customer service culture like this. Thank you!

What a fantastic experience with Tracey the warranty manager.

I had a problem with my freezer which I thought was out of warranty, Tracey tells me, it has 2 years warranty on it, not one year!!! (How’s that for integrity right!!!)

So I completed a warranty form and she phoned me back to assess over the phone and then she arranged for a fridge guy to look at it, less that 24 hours later. He fixed it quick smart and my freezer is back to its normal self again.

Got to love the proactive, caring and prompt response I’ve received from Tracey and ICE. If I could give her and ICE 10 stars I would! I know what brands I’ll be buying in future!

I purchased a Vac Pac machine in Cairns from a catering supplier. I hardly used the equipment, packing approx 30 bags in 15 months. When it stopped working I went back to the local supplier, their respond, "it's out of warranty" no action from them. I found out that Inter. Catering Equipment was the main importer and contacted them. Alan from ICE told me to sent the item to their shop for inspection, he also informed me the vac pac. did arrive was inspected, repaired, tested and returned to me the same day. Very seldom you find such excellent service these days, Thanks to Alan and ICE

Best support ever from Gary and Andy! for a replacement part that you cannot find anywhere in Sydney, they ran upstairs and downstairs, promptly reply emails and phone calls, and sold it to me for what you'd pay for a McDonald's meal. I've literally just picked up the part, downstairs at their warehouse, but cant wait to give this feedback because they deserve it so much!

Sensational service.....Tempest Jug had a faulty lid from the start....put off phoning for months as thought it would be in the 'too hard' basket....Ashleigh made it so easy....arrived the next day!!....and staff are delighted.....no more having to hold the lid on whilst making smoothies!!!
