This review is for Chi who helped me at the Commonwealth Bank Footscray Branch.

Chi was very friendly, helpful, informative, empathetic and understanding.
He helped me with lodging a form to Commonwealth HQ regarding a Paypal scam.
Chi was clear and concise in providing the process which needed to take place and that I may or may not get a refund. He made all efforts to help my situation.

I was very fortunate to receive a full refund (not on the day but after communication between Commonwealth Bank HQ and Paypal took place).

Unfortunately I agree with some other reviews, there is often a long queue and a longer than usual wait time to see a staff member even for a simple task.
The overall space of this branch is smaller, squishy and there is limited seating or standing area, makes it less comfortable.

Compassionate, helpful and kind service with the highest level of knowledge and professionalism. Best bank in Australia!

Both my partner and I received assistance by Quan. He was super friendly and kind. We had a laugh and he made our experience much more enjoyable. He also explained things throughly for us! Thank you so much Quan!!

Big shout on Cindy Ly the Senior Home Lending Specialist. She is very responsible and quick. She is very good at what she do. I got loan from her within a week plus a bit extra money as well. Highly recommended !

Hes great with detailed information, great advisor on certain elements & always kept me updated with the progress of the loan. He was patient, calm and friendly in a professional manner, something that some staff find it hard to achieve. As a first time customer with Commonwealth, I know I'm in safe hands as Michael introduced me to their services & made sure I felt heard & understood the terms and conditions with the loan. I had a great experience, very good service, from the entrance, shout out to Courtney is excellent in what in her job, sometimes all you remember is how someone made you feel,,she is was very patient and helpful, its not every day you get to experience a great service or meet nice people. I recommend this branch to anyone who needs service in person
