Supercheap Auto Bondi Junction

Just went in around 1.30pm on 10/10/23 and the service was excellent. The fellow helped me find the right oil for my car on the system and found it for me on the shelf. He was busy serving other customers at the time (which didn’t look easy) and I interrupted him, I was also not sure what I needed. Despite this, he was really pleasant and helpful and it didn’t bother him. The other staff member helped me find the right isle for a funnel and was also very helpful. The lady at the checkout was super efficient. Highly recommended. Thanks

The store is huge.
Wide aisles and heaps of stock. Great experience in the store.
We needed soft roof racks. There was none on the shelf. But the staff checked the system and he found that there was new items on the pallet at the back. He said to wait 5 minutes and he said he will open it up and get it for me.
And we didnt wait long.
He was super helpful and advised special straps with soft rubber to protect our surf board. Thanks again super cheap auto.

Went in store today at Bondi junction and was served by the loveliest in-training person. He was so kind and showed great customer service. I didn’t quite catch his name but on my receipt it says I was served by Colin. Thank you very much Colin !

Iwaslooking to have some paint made up.The girl on the front desk said to go too the back of the store she would send a guy down so efficient. THE guy beats me there very efficient. Great job back to the front counter the girl is very pleasantand happy to help.Thats why I always say staff mean every thing.

Sensational service. My son’s car had a dead battery on a Sunday morning. Not only did the team in the shop find a good quality battery for us at a good price, they also lent us a set of tools to go back to where the car was parked to change the battery. The salesperson was friendly and professional. She took me directly to the product that I needed and explained why she recommended it. I'm sure there must have been cheaper options but I entirely trusted her.

I’m very satisfied with the hub caps I bought for my Golf TSI. They only cost $50 for the set and look amazing. My car now not only is super fast, it looks super fast too. I used click and collect from the website and the process was very smooth. The staff are very friendly. The hub caps I bought are also very durable. I highly recommend this place for motoring parts.

Having been caught out with Battery issues I resorted to the advice and guidance from what sounded like an angel, over the phone, named Rob. Who had all the answers giving me the confidence and peace of mind, that all was under control. 5 Bright Stars.

Great range of car stuff, the staff also know lots of little tips and are really knowledgeable. I enter the store and it's like my own little wonderland oasis!! With a wide range of products, it's reassuring to know if something goes wrong their warranty is sturdy and dependable!

I am mechanically useless.

Windscreen wipers needed replacing. Alex not only got the right wipers for me, but then changed them for the broken wipers on the car.
Alex is a great young man with a bright future ahead of him. A credit to the store.
