I went to Bachini to ask for advice about my mother’s engagement ring which was to be used for two special people’s engagement. The ladies in the shop were incredibly helpful and almost as excited as me about this soon-to-happen event! I can’t recommend them enough. I was looking for a jewelry repair shop to get some pendants fitted on a chain. I didn't want to go back to the stores in the mall near by as did not have the greatest experience there in the past.
I found Bachini on Google maps (the shop is located in one of the galleries off Oxford St) and was impressed with the level of service. The two ladies who received me were extremely kind and professional. I'm glad I found them, they definitely deserve the 5 stars rating !

The ladies at Bachini always go above & beyond to deliver exactly what you need. They listen to your request and don’t try and push something different than what you are after. They provide professional knowledge + opinion without being pushy and keeping your personal preference + desire in mind.

I’ve done a fair amount of gold jewellery repairs at Bachini, the price is competitive but the quality is what amazes me: the pieces come back as brand new, shjny and polished, you can’t even tell what was altered.

Highly recommend this shop if you are looking to get a customised piece, repair sentimental items (my case) or just shop around for a gift, you will definitely find the right option!

We got wonderful service from Annoula when selecting an engagement ring. She took us through the whole process of selecting the right diamond through to working through several options to select the right design. She was very patient right through that process and guided us every step of the way. Once we had the design sorted, she then walked me through every step of the process from pricing the options available to manufacture of the ring. In the end, the ring looked spectacular - better than I could have imagined. I couldn't recommend Annoula and Bachini Jewellers enough.

Excellent service and really friendly owners. I needed a ring cutting off my finger that I've had on since my teens. Despite it being a really tall order (3 bands and well and truly stuck) the lady managed to remove the ring. Really nice little shop and they go above and beyond to look after everyone who enters.

Beautiful unique pieces or your own design. These jewellers are exceptional with the quality of their jewellery as well as top shelf customer service. A personal favourite for over 10 years.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful.
I went into get a chain to put a pendant on, and the ladies were so helpful. They ended up spending 20 mins taking knot out of a tangled chain I was wearing ( not purchased there) .
I purchased a l high quality chain for a great price.
