Friendly, helpful staff. Have always had a positive experience. Have had some small IT and phone issues in the past which they have handled swiftly and free of charge. Highly recommend them.

Staff were lovely, service was quick (one day to replace my screen) and even fixed my speakers when I forgot to even request that for just $20 extra. Powermax went above and beyond and my 8 year old Macbook pro feels like brand new! :)

I took my MacBook to Powermax Lismore this week after it failed to turn on. I had the please of speaking with Gabbie. She was fantastic at explaining in terms I could understand. She also took the time to assist in making sure I could locate saved items in the cloud for future access.
Within 24 hours I was contacted and advised my MacBook had been repaired.

PowerMax had a pair of AirPods to repair under warranty, the service was exceptional. Not only did they call for clarification on the issue, repaired them quickly but Gabby who served me when I picked them up was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to help me and explain what the issue was and how it was rectified. She was so polite and friendly, I almost want something else to stop working just so I can have them fix it for me again 😂

Can’t recommend these folks highly enough! When the Big Mac shop in Robina and two other computer shops couldn’t figure out my problem Powermax swooped in for the win! They identified the problem and had the computer fixed the next day!

THE BEST there is when it comes to trouble-shooting your tech problems and providing advice on the best product for you. Living in a stone house we struggled to find a reliable wifi for our home business. The Powermax company went above and beyond to assist us even after being flooded twice themselves and needing to move to new premises. Always very courteous, supremely knowledgable and available to travel in our often service compromised area.

I had an issue with a Mac Pro that the warranty repairers could not resolve. Alex and PowerMax resolved the issue and have helped me in other cases. Alex has an amazing bedside manner and everybody I dealt with has been very helpful. PowerMax is a very, very good business and we are lucky to have them in Lismore.

These guys are always very helpful with all my Apple products. Any issues with my Mac book they sort out, any questions I have in relation to using my iPhone 6 they answer. I could not be more pleased to have an Apple reseller in our town. Thank goodness for PowerMax!

Power Max has changed the hard drive on my iMac (21.5"- 2017) over to a SSD and I'm beyond happy! I still can't believe this is the same computer. It's lighting fast now, thanks to the competent team at PM.

They are super friendly, great at communicating, competent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I definitely will be back.

Edit: Finally got time to take my phone in to Powermax and my apple approval had lapsed. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with apple at the store constantly running into brick walls. Powermax went above and beyond to get my phone replaced under warranty and where apple was hard they were great. 5 stars!
Original: Have an Apple approved screen replacement but can’t get over the border to the Apple store. PowerMax wants me to leave my phone with them for a week to replace the screen!? I know this is a peak time and obviously there are delays, but that is an impractical service and should in my opinion, not be offered at all. If anything, book in the phone and have the customer bring it in when services are available.
