Great service I thought. I was annoyed by the cost of the replacement but not O'Brien's fault. Michael kept me well informed about the progress throughout. Comfy waiting lounge and coffee pods too.

Great service also they did everything possible to save me money which is rare , Id recommend them.

Visited couple weeks ago their new space in South Lismore. Gorgeous space, open and airy, nice place to sit an wait. Was a tea an coffee station. Guys there were friendly an helpful. Turned put cheaper than originally quoted on line. Super happy.

Had windscreen for 2012 Nissan micra in stock. With glass cover in my comprehensive ins it was just a phone call to the ins co who put me straight through to O'Brien's. The car was booked in for 2 days later. I arrived 30mins early, the car went straight in and while I sat in the comfortable ac waiting room the car was ready in 75 mins which included 30 mins waiting for the sealant to cure. Amazing service. Could not fault it and the manager was friendly and the whole place was spotless. One of the best automobile services I've ever had from start to finish, in the 50 years of motoring.

Recently had some work done there. Michael and Damien could'nt have been more helpful.Would recommend them if you need any work done

Gday mate, I booked an appointment with O'Brien auto glass. I had to cancel twice due to not being able to work. Micheal is very understanding and worked with me. Once I got to get my windscreen replaced they have done not only a great job they have done an amazing job. They corrected me on the model of my Ute and put the right windscreen in. And cause it was cheaper they replaced my wipers as well. They put heads and blades on my windscreen wiper arms which is unexpected. Very professional. I booked them in to replace my windscreen at my premises. The chap from Kyogle turned up early and got the job done quickly and cleanly. A very nice gent. Would reccomend them to anyone.

In, fitted on time, drove off a happy person. Was very well treated even considering my replacement was an insurance job. Respected my car and followed strict COVID protocols. Well done guys

I had my windscreen replaced this week and the experience from the first phone call to the finished product was excellent.
They gave me a discount because I was an AMMI customer and not covered for windscreen damage. Then there was a problem with the date I had booked and we had to rebook. They paid for a taxi to get me to work and also fitted new windscreen wipers free of charge as an apology for having to change the dates.
