Gong Thai

Finally tried this place and it wasn't dissapointed at all! Food were awesome, just like what my personal preference in Thai food. We ordered Curry Puff & Chicken Skewer for entree. It was okay. We had Massaman Beef Curry, Chicken Pad See Ew, and Crispy Pork Belly stir fried with chilli basil sauce. The pork belly was the highlight of our lunch. Pad see ew also very nice. Price was a bit too dear for average Thai dishes, but we will come back for sure. Atmosphere is average pub style. The waiter and waitress that served us were very friendly and accomodating.

Friendliest staff. Great food - fresh and good quality. great value. Loved the pad see ew and stir-fried chicken with chili jam and cashews. Must visit if in town.

We regularly get Gong Thai for easy yummy takeaway. Food is always delicious and ready fast (you can call ahead to order, but we just get there and wait the ten or so minutes or takes). Highly rate the massaman beef cheek curry and Pad Thai.

Great Thai, had the stir fry chicken with Thai peanut sauce and jasmine rice. Excellent flavour and generous serving. Highly recommend.

Lovely thai food in a pub. The pub itself has a lovely fireplace to enjoy on a cold night!

Food and service are amazing. Just a suggestion if there is a baby changing room, that would be great.

I’ve never really liked Thai food until I ate from here. Such beautiful flavours and so fresh! Soft sell crab is my favourite. Wish they did delivery!

Awesome local pub with a great Thai restaurant out back. We went on a Wednesday night and there was live music and everyone was getting up to dance and sing. The wine list samples some good wineries from around the local area. My partner and I both had the Pad Kee Mao - it was super spicy but so tasty!! Well worth a visit!

Good food. Generous servings with good flavour. Staff are very friendly and a good pub style atmosphere for a Thai restaurant.

Was looking for good Thai food in orange, had the best experience with chilli basil veggies fried rice. I loved the aroma and taste from the first bite, never had so authentic Thai food experience before. Highly recommend the fried rice.

Amazing food! It was fresh and vibrant and the vegies were crisp and cooked to perfection! I had the chicken cashew (with chilli jam) and my tastebuds had a party! Best Thai in Orange/this side of the hill - hands down!

Relocated to The Gladstone Hotel from another hotel in town in December 2021. Hands down the best Thai in Orange... Authentic flavour, generous servings. I tried the Chilli basil beef with rice noodles. They were generous with the chilli, has a good hit of heat. Also tasty were the fish cakes. Tuck in!😋

The restaurant actually inside the Gladstone bar. The foods are fantastic, the price is affordable and the portion is massive. Flawless. Great experience.
