My sister and my niece took me to Orange for the day and we stopped here because it's my other niece's fav store. Me, I've never been in before but I came away with a short sleeve cherry Burton shirt and, honestly, the lass helping was up-selling so well that I nilly -niiiiilly- got 4 x $180 instead of 1 x $55. Lovely products and service.

I have been a online customer for over 10 years. I went into the store in Orange NSW yesterday as I live in the area, I have never been in a shop with such terrible customer service, the two staff seen me at the counter and completely ignored me. Then when I finally got served after I approached them the girl was so rude as if it was too much trouble to serve me. Never again will I set foot in that shop again and I will let it be known of the terrible customer service. With so many people out of work surely RBSellars can pick staff that actually want to work.
