McDonald's Goonellabah

I came though, the drive though tonight and it was excellent service by Cooper. My food was great. I didn’t have to wait long in the drive though. I would definitely recommend this maccas.

I had drive through coffee,it was quite early,my staff member was cheery and efficient.A lovely trip to Macca's G'bah.

Was super busy because of floods but food was cooked properly and tasted good and vegetables were even fresh! Plus. Customer service was Excellent also putting a smile on our faces with her positivity.

Really friendly and fast service. I opted for today service which I felt a little guilty about since they were so busy. I didn't have to wait long and got service with a smile!

Never had an issue, orders always right, food always as expected. Maccas is all about consistency and these guys provide.

Staff are super friendly, efficient and polite. Very handy and heaps to choose from. Love the changes in the menu from time to time. Only thing that could be any better is bring back some pineapple as an extra option :) 🎉🎉

This lovely young lady Kayla, has great customer service and has a bright future ahead of her. She does so much for McDonald’s and when I see her she really does make my day brighter.

Nice easily accessible and clean. The layout is well spaced making it easy to sit down and eat or you can pickup and go. Self-service is available for those who want to use them but the staff are lovely so I typically order at the counter.

Love my maccas in Goonellabah. Great staff, great service, great coffee. Always friendly, always helpful. If they make a mistake (and mistakes do happen) they fix it along with an apology and a smile - can't complain about that.

I love this McDonalds. I have frequented and never encountered a problem with prompt service and reliable staff that rarely make an error. Also seems to run special promotions, which is nice, since not all locations do.

Cant fault the place, everytime ive been there the staff have been great and the food is fresh. The place is also fairly clean when comparing to some of the surrounding area stores.

Great friendly service, washed and filled my wife's tea travel cup with hot water so she could use her own speciality tea bag. Very clean.

Young barista made the best coffee. Killed it man. Highly recommended John for your coffee. Or was it Jack. 🤔
