Returned a 65inch LG nanocell TV. Got a new one since old one was on ext warranty so we have a 65 in nanocell Sony. Have yet to set it up as need bigger TV cabinet. But staff were pleasant and helpful will continue to spend big tickets items here

Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but they offer a professional service that exceeds many other large electrical retailers. 25 years later and they still haven't let me down

Went into another electrical store this morning. The woman there has been rude for the last 3 1/2 years and this morning there was an salesman with such aggressive energy. So I went to Harvey Norman instead. The staff I interacted with couldn't have been more lovely. Thankyou Harvey Norman Lismore for such a pleasant experience 💛

Had another excellent experience purchasing our new laptop with Red today. I went in not knowing what to buy and Red was able to show me three options that fitted my needs, I'm so pleased with my purchase. I'm all set with software successful installed and security all up and running. Thanks Red.

I'm blown away by the amazing service at Harvey Norman Lismore. My hubby and I went fridge shopping a few weeks ago, sales person was very helpful and not at all pushy (I went to another store recently and was badgered so much by the sales people that I ended up walking out). I ended up ordering our fridge over the phone this morning at 9.15am. It was delivered and sitting in our kitchen at 10.55am! (and we live 20 min out of town!)...I am blown away by how easy and fast the process was! The salesperson Ashley was so helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate me. Will definitely be shopping here from now on 👍

We visited Harvey Norman about a month ago and got great customer service from Paul. We have done a bit of research after needing a new TV and sound bar. It's got everything you would expect. None of which I need right now. It's a treasure island in a hot Lismore day. I love aircon...I wonder if they sell the new to me portable aircon units? What wonderfully friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team members. Really happy with our purchases but more importantly with the shopping experience we had thanks to booth these awesome guys.

My last 6 months have been a technological nightmare. It seems every gadget I've purchased online has broken and while it was technically still in warranty, after spending countless hours on the phone and my new product being 'assessed' for up to two months, I swear the 20% discount i received was the most costly saving I've ever made. And then to top it off my dishwasher breaks down. And just out of warranty of course. No joy from Ariston but a visit to Tony Symonds in Harvey Norman Lismore and I've not only got a new dishwasher but had some of the best customer service I've had. Ever. In the e commerce era local business's have to work tremendously hard to retain viability amid unfairly high overheads (I know as i too run my own business) This is one company that is a wonderful reminder that there is no substitute for real people offering real service and solid dependable support.

I recently purchased a split system Air Conditioner from Harvey Norman Lismore..very friendly and helpful service plus I'd like to congratulate their installation contractor DANNY MCMAHON of BALLINA & BYRON COAST ELECTRICAL & AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES..He and his team were very professional and punctual and got my Air Con installed quickly..would recommend him to everyone needing this type of Electrical and Plumbing Service..

Great friendly, helpful service by the two guys in the Fitbit watch area. Nothing was too much trouble and I will recommend the store because of their service .

Although the building is pretty crappy and dated, the staff are all helpful and look after you.

I recently bought an OLED TV on a Sunday and they opened the warehouse up on the other side of town so I could it have it that afternoon.

Was fabulous to see the store open and trading...great service will always shop local.....

The staff here were amazingly helpful and attentive to what i needed.. the prices were good and the store was very clean and tidy and easy to navigate
