Lismore Clinic

Today I had a unique medical request. I was anxious to ask the reception about it as I am very aware of how difficult my specific request was. I was treated beyond well, the receptionist went out of her way to ensure they could make it happen for me. She was so kind, I am grateful to have stumbled upon this clinic.

The reception team are always super friendly and helpful. All the GPs and nurses I’ve seen and taken my kids to are wonderful and provide excellent care. After numerous negative experiences with medical professionals over the years, I’m so grateful to have the Clinic.

Just returned from my appointment and wanted to write a review because I was so impressed with the service from not only the front desk but the Practice in general. I was quite dismayed to read alot of the reviews above as this was not my experience at all. For a Practice that is obviously very busy with so many Doctors I found the service and attention at reception to be not only informative but friendly and cheery. I couldn't see my regular Doctor today as he was booked out however the professionalism I received from the other Doctor made me feel reassured and at ease. 5 starts from me.

Three generations of my family have received over 30 years of most excellent medical care from Dr Brian Witt, Dr Kerry Stanwell and the other medical staff. All medical experiences here, including nursing, have been most excellent. Congratulations and much gratitude for providing our community with seamless service even through Covid and the worst flood in history!

My family and I have been to Lismore Clinic many times over the last 30 years and we have always been treated courteously by the reception staff and I have found Doctor Deaker, Doctor Witt and Dr Johnson to be helpful and caring . I would also like to add that the way this practice has pulled together and rebuilt after the Lismore floods in 2022 is inspiring.

I don’t understand why people comment on the reception staff being rude. I have visited this clinic a number of times and I have always been met with polite and warm personalities.
