I can't speak highly enough of the service that I have received from David the store manager and his team, not once but on a few occasions that I have purchased from the team.
The products and the quality of the products is perfect. Nothing was to hard for David, just a helpful guy with great ethics.

An alternative electronics retailer in this area. Source of large TV'S, fridge, washing machines and oven. They're is a large collection of furniture with attractive price. A must visit shop before you finalise your purchase.

I recently bought an LG OLED TV , I was concerned with the product quality and the fact that I was expending a lot of many, thanks to David a very helpful young man, who went to a lot of trouble to get exactly what I was looking for, I am very happy with my TV ,and will recommend this store to my friends and family. I have read some reviews here and feel it certainly is not evident in the experiences I have had with Factory Plus. They are cheaper, more friendly and always willing to help a customer who has a problem. They not only replaced my fridge when I had a problem, they upgraded me to the latest model. I guess you have to be nice to people to be treated like a king. They give me more time than any other staff at the bigger retailers. They just want the commission. These guys don’t work on commission apparently. I have now replaced all my old appliances and TVs in the house and saved thousands in the process. Don’t be turned off by their rugged look and warehouse style showroom. I guess that’s how they are able to do better deals by not polishing their floors. Give these guys a go, they are the real deal when it comes to big savings. I am going to keep spreading the word, as I want these guys to keep helping battlers like me and my family and friends.

After having initial troubles with a online purchase the team at Factory plus really helped me through concerns. Purchased a great tv in excellent condition thousands cheaper then retail with great warranty. A washing machine, microwave and tv cabinet. All items where above expectation and the service and price was lovely.

Needed a TV after ours stopped working just before Easter. Researched what I wanted and contacted Factory Plus to buy. Rodney there was Fantastic! He firstly explained how FP works & what clients their products were targetting? He asked what my budget was and sold me a Make/model I had never thought I would buy?! The value for money is excellent! Very Happy! They even stayed back a few mins after closing to wait for me to get there to pick up, the day before Good Friday! That is Customer Service!? I have brought 4 tv's from them so far. Always priced well bellow competition as long as you do your research. Never had an issue with anything purchased. Will buy from them again

Bought a LG OLED TV, very happy with the prize and good friendly staff. I recommend to go and have a look once and then decide. You can save a lot of money if you do a market research. You get the same warranty which the retail shops give. Must go here before deciding.

Bought TV's, fridge etc and always had good experience. Stock is limited because it is"factory seconds" and small cosmetic faults are sometimes the case but often not or almost not visible. Stock does change often so if you do not find what you want today, come back next week and it might be there !.
