My two daughters and I have been going there for years now with past and present small to medium dogs (two each at times) at present they groom five dogs for us on the same day and they come back looking like show dogs. Christine and her grooming staff are kind and loving and offer great advice on anything about pet care. 100% recommend.

Christine is the best! She and her staff have always looked after our dogs with beautiful grooming and loving care. She is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of dog care and ailments, having worked in various parts of the industry for many years. She is always super busy, because she is the best. All my friends now take their furry friends there!

They are efficient, capable and very competent dog groomers. As clients my dog (a rottweiler) and I were very impressed by the treatment. She was fussed over and ended up looking sleek and shiny and smelling delightful.There were students learning, but the supervision was excellent and they were being very well trained. Also great value.

I had my 13yo border collie shaved here and they were incredible. They did it 20 minutes at a time over a 4 hour period so she wouldn’t get stressed, she has several fatty lumps and they were so careful to not cut her. Amazing job, amazing groomers

Did a wonderful job with my golden lab. She came back happy and with a super soft coat. Great prices. Also super cute doggy treats in front window :)

Great store with high quality brands, very friendly staff who are knowledgeable. I love that I can get my dog groomed and grab food and supplies at the same place! Love supporting this local businesses.

Arrived for a confirmed booking and was rudly told no booking made! No sorry or apology made. I've been going here for 4 years. NEVER AGAIN

Picked an item up that had a price tag of 17.99. Take it to the register and the old bloke at the counter takes the price tag off and tries to charge me 27.99... When confronted he said he got confused with a different bag...

What's confusing about a price tag that prompts you to try and fleece a customer for an extra ten bucks?

Won't bother with these guys again.

The owner (Christine) is incredibly rude. Called to make an appointment to book in our dog for a groom and she made me feel like she was doing me a favour. I found her incredibly rude and quite frankly surprised she gets any business. All good, we will remain with our current groomer who is appreciative of our business. Don't use this overpriced and rude store.

I was over charged and when I told them they were very rude .Got ripped off..
