I rang Graham about my car not starting in the morning he came to my house within half an hour of the phone call, was really fast in diagnosing the problem and had it fixed within the hour. Explained everything he did really well, was was really happy with everything, would recommend to anyone

Overall great experience using Concept mobile mechanics. I had car troubles this morning stuck not being able to get to work. Graham was very accomodating in shuffling another job around and made it out in 30 mins. To top off his excellent customer service he even followed up with a call later in the day to make sure everything was running ok.

Couldn’t be more happy with the service. Not only did he come out of his way to get me out of a jam, but on a Sunday. Thanks heaps again. Wish I could rate 6 stars
