Super friendly staff, from reception to sonographer IAN. Felt welcomed, was well informed and very respected. Images were available withing a few hours. Appointment ran on time and they have BULK BILLING.
Highly reccomend. 😊

This was my second visit to this practice and even though the procedure was painfull the staff made it easy. I have been to other imaging practices and it's not very often you come away very happy. The staff at Toronto Medical Imaging are so nice, happy and friendly.

Was able to get into an appointment the same day as the dr made the referral, the receptionist Meeky and radiographer Ian were polite respectful and treated me with dignity, they furthermore were able to fix and fit me in for a biopsy within 5 days post scan. After being told it would be Five weeks from another imaging service. I will

By now I had a few visits to Toronto Med Imaging, staff always has been very friendly and helpful, nothing was too difficult or problematic. From my experience service always runs on time in a very professional manner. Thank you to all staff.

Very kind staff been here twice now one for my son a 2 year old trying to get an xray the gentleman was so helpful and patience, and an ultra sound and the lady was so kind. Recommended highly

Had to have Steroid Injection. Was nervous as hell. But Ian put me at ease with his sense of humour & information. If want Professionalism, kindness & a sense of humour make an appointment here. They also bulk bill.

I recently attended this practice for the first time 6 weeks ago & have been there a total of 3 times since then.
From the time you walk through the door you are greeted by the lovely friendly staff.
Ian the sonographer is amazing & really cares about his patients.
We are so fortunate to have this service in Toronto.

Went in at end of day it was not a problem for them to do the x-ray. They are always so professional, friendly & genuinely helpful. So glad we have this group in Toronto

We were greeted with a welcoming smile from a friendly receptionist; the waiting area was spacious, clean and bright; our professional who saw us was kind, caring and knowledgeable, we didn’t feel rushed at all. The whole experience was definitely welcoming, certainly a breath of fresh air for Toronto and exactly what it needs.

I cannot talk highly enough of this place. Everyone is amazing, from the beautiful reception staff (Rachael) to the sonographers (Matthew, Deb and another lady). I was a mess, thinking that I had had a miscarriage. I turned up at 4PM with no appointment and was seen immediately.
They bulkbill. We get the images on the app. They also allow for one support person when many other places didn't. I am not going elsewhere anymore.

I had a scare in my pregnancy and Ian was amazing and happy to fit me in on short notice. If I could give more stars I would. Ian is a lovely sonographer and takes his time explaining what is going in. He put my mind at ease today 😊

I can't speak more highly of this business. I needed to have an ultrasound to locate a trapped nerve in my right thigh/groin area.. I went there on Wednesday and was given an appointment for the next day and then another appointment for my injection on Friday. The Ladies were marvellous in arranging an expedient service. Matt was the technician and he could not have been more thorough in determining where he believed the nerve was being compressed. His explanation of what I was viewing on the screen made it very easy for me to understand what was causing my pain. If you are looking for care and compassion and a very professional experience you need to go to Toronto Medical Imaging.

Today I have seen sonographer "Matthew " at the Toronto office for the second time. He is easily the best at what he does. Matthew is kind, compassionate, courteous and explained my procedure very well.
Keep doing what you do so well Matthew, and thankyou!

Exemplary customer service with high quality and professional expertise. I felt at ease, and during treatment, the technician clearly and gently explained what they were doing. How clever to have a bathroom off the ultrasound room, especially with a full bladder 👍. Loved that bulk billing was available. The girls on reception were welcoming, overall , this centre is a stand out from any other I have been too. We need more of these.

All good from go to woah. Best I had from their opposition was 3 weeks, TMI was 3 days, and no travelling. They were all very professional and cognisant of my pain. thank you all.

Had to have a mammogram and ultrasound with TMI and found the Sonographer Amy excellent in her thoroughness and professional approach in her duties lots of patience and care thankyou so much Amy and Therese.
Jessica and Belinda were wonderful totally understood my tension.

Absolutely love the staff couldn't be more helpful. Been there several times
and each time didn't have to wait long for an appointment and once there
got in on time.Nursing staff explained everything and Drs.very pleasant and gentle.
