Hungry Jack's Burgers Campbelltown

This is by far the best HJs in Campbelltown. Sure the service can sometimes be a bit.. slow but let’s look at the reality: not enough people work here. Now is that necessarily a bad thing? When you’re in a rush - yes, but the food here is always exceptional.

I felt super bad for the poor lady working at the drive through window, it must be super tough working at limited capacity, she was doing a fantastic job keeping her composure given the circumstances.

The meal was fantastic, I once again as always, enjoyed the meal and will be back next time.

Drive through is always quick, they get the order right 99% of the time and the ice cream machine and frozen are always working!

What a hard working team+ food excellent! Best chips too. Treated really well in a fast food chain thankyou!

When people combine the names ‘Hungry Jacks’ and ‘Campbelltown’, one’s first reaction might be to throw up on the floor and blame you for the mess. While I understand this is normal behaviour for people that typically write reviews, I’m here to shine a light on my exceedingly positive experience at Hungry Jacks, Campbelltown. When I ordered my whopper hunger tamers, an all too familiar feeling of guilt swept over me, but it was the attendants smile and kind demeanour that made my journey to type two diabetes all the more comfortable. It was like being wrapped in a doona made of failed uno promo tickets while being told everything was going to be okay.
The whopper itself was delicious, the chips were cooked to perfection, and my Sprite didn’t taste like the soda water back wash that you typically experience at a busy McDonalds. The restaurant was clean and the bins seemed like they had been emptied periodically.
All in all I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking to cure a hangover or put on some extra kilograms.

Michelle is hands down the kindest and most amazing employee ive ever met. 10/10 customer service give this woman a raise!!!

We ordered our meal at 7.20 pm and still waiting, it's now 8.22 pm??? 8.40 pm, still waiting?? We rang and found out the hold up is Menu Log, our order is ready, just waiting to be delivered by menu log. We were advised next time go though Uber, they are quicker. We are not happy with Menu log, this is a joke. it is now 9.55 pm and we are still waiting, we are not happy...never again...it is now 9.30pm, we never got our meal. We now expect a refund from Menu log. Our meal wasn't delivered went to wrong house. Hungry Jacks on our behalf rang menu log, they in turn said they were given the wrong address. No! we have ordered with menu log before, more than once, so our address is in the system. With that menu log have refused to refund us, saying technically it was still delivered. No Again! they were suppose to ring us when they are delivering the meal. They didn't do this. Hungry Jacks thank you for going above and beyond to remedy the problem and offering us the free meal. Thank you to the manager Stacy.

I found the staff who served me was quite friendly and lovely! Really enjoyed my meal, this Hungry Jacks cooked and salted the chips just right and put together a great burger! Didn't take too long to get served and was plenty of room to sit and eat comfortably. Parking wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be! Lots of spots right nearby. Just a bit tough to get to if travelling from the other side of the train tracks as traffic is crazy at night!

I visit this store from time to time and their service is impeccable. The order-takers are very friendly and the service is timely. A majority of the time my order is delivered fresh with nothing missing (unlike other fast food chains/stores that often forget some aspect of your order). Nothing but praise for this store and its crew!

Came in tonight for a mega jack and despite having run out of coke it was the best takeaway meal I've had in a long time. Burger was perfect and didn't mind having a frozen coke. Please let the cooks know they're doing a great job

I love Hungry Jacks...my son shouts me my favourite meal = a Large Rebel Whopper with cheese, chips and Sprite no ice

I was initially left with a bad impression 2 years ago, but upon a recent visit I can tell that the restaurant has improved substantially. Staff were friendly, food was hot and service was quick too.

Efficient management, Max and Daniel help us out when our car broke down, blocking drive through, management organised a towing company. The team worked in a prompt management, excelling its service and caring its customers. Food was delicious as well. Thanks, Guys. 😃👍

Exceptional service. Unfortunately won't be back as it's too far from home. Food was good and young lady brought food to table quickly. Definately a thumbs up. Cheeers hungry jacks!

Customer service is shocking. Went through drive thru yesterday. Poor kid was so confused they didn't get me to pay!! Lol

By far one of the best HJs I have been to. There was something about the care put into the food. Noticeable difference noticed
