First time Customer. Ordered a Corset for an upcoming Steampunk event. It arrived in next to no time at all! Due to my indulging in Chocolates since Mother's Day I have gained a few centimeters. Not a problem however as I have plenty of time to shed the unwanted weight.
It is a beautiful garment. Very well made and it really looks the part for which it was intended.
I would highly recommend this business.

From my experience, the reviews of Cybershop and its customer service which praise its helpful staff are absolutely accurate. I made a couple of small purchases, and I'm extremely happy with their quality and value. Paul was most helpful in ensuring that this happened. He was genuinely interested in helping.

Ordered online. Arrived really quickly and was happy with the product. Looked just like the photos, only better. Didn't have to return anything. Shipping could be a tad bit cheaper but is still pretty standard price. Super happy overall and am happy to return again.

First time going there I got a shirt and a few patches.
My items were good quality. The shirt was worth the price and as were the patches. Both shirts and patches had so much variety and I will definitely be coming back again to get more. Thank you <3

My Dad bought me a dress as a gift when he was on a trip in NSW. It was a beautiful dress but unfortunately it was too big. Luckily, Anna has been incredibly flexible and kind in helping me replace it with the perfect dress (even though I live in Tasmania). Both dresses are great quality and unique styles. I can't wait to wear my new one dancing!

Outstanding customer service, amazing items and very reasonable prices! I had a minor problem with one item and Anna sorted it out immediately! My order was delivered very quickly and was carefully packaged! Highly recommend and will be shopping again soon!

My wife and I have been big fans of the Cybershop outlet at MacArthur Square. First time I stepped in, I didn't know which direction to look - so many awesome clothes and accessories. Needless to say, my wife was hooked!

I recently had a wedding to attend and found everything i was looking for at Cyber Shop Wollongong - the service was amazing, the staff helped me put together an outfit I was thrilled with, fitted perfectly, and was very comfy and flattering. They had plenty of stock and was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
