This store and website have amazing quality products, and I would recommend for all to go to this store because of their top-of-the-range products.

This is a special store with extra large pots, large round trays and special Coffee pots. So it is not your ordinary kitchenware store. I received very good service as the staff were very helpful and friendly and came around with me to show me what I was after.

Yes this WAS a special store for me as I shopped regularly there. I always bought stuff for me and also for gifts anything which I liked regardless of price. Until I bought an item for a gift, not described as expected, inferior fake product. Called store, was told we can refund or credit only to avoid any arguments with customer and if it’s still in package and not used. Agreed and Surprise! Upon going to store. Total turnaround of honoring their word. Sorry we can’t refund read our policy.
Lodged a complaint to Fair Trading.
To the Manager: When salesperson called you to resolve you said No, let me tell you “ you have your shop open because of customers, no customers no business. And please be advised good customer service is paramount in a biz not yelling at customers like that salesperson. You lost one good customer, you didn’t want my business I will take it somewhere else.
